The item didn't fit/work... replacement sent didn't fit either. This was a poorly manufactured copy... Order number submitted again 27-13464-65107..although I've been contacted by this company several times without resolution. Again more delaying tactics to this review quote... Perphaps you have ordered it somewhere else ? As mentioned we cannot find any order by your name/surname.. Pity I can't upload any evidence on here. Again more avoidance tactics... buyer beware...

Ordered number plate surrounds for my car from Autoera. Paid a premium price for them + postage. Postage was extremely slow. When they eventually arrived they were of really poor quality. The plates wouldn’t fit into them correctly and the print of the car logo was worn off as if poor quality manufacturing. I emailed them numerous times about them & they asked me to post them back as they might’ve been damaged in transit. Postage doesn’t make good quality products rubbish. I’m not posting them back at my expense. They ignored my email asking for a return postage label hence my review. Save your money & buy from Temu instead. Would be better quality.

Very bad quality,
This mirror system is made in a very primitive way with a shapeless mold parts. The round ball who is supposed to move around in a two shells bracket is stuck because of the way is made.

Also , I have no clue why streets differs from the Post Code You have
provided with your order.

Most probably, as all details are mentioned on the package, EVri should
bring it to you.. SECOND PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER It doesn't exist!! Where is my package?? You've been lying for two months ... why don't you return my money back??? Why don't you send me proof that you sent the second package?????😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Still waiting for my part. Says from Birmingham way. I could of walked there and back to Manchester to buy it. Crap service total rip off. I'm going to the bank to complain. I use amazon in future no problems with them.

Very quick to state the parts also fit on a bmw x-drive, so ordered. But did not fit. Now no more reponds, even after reaching out many times over the past months!!!! This is clearly not a trustworthy party!! Don’t do any business with them

J'ai acheté un kit de reconditionnement pour une crémaillère de direction de BMW E46.
Il manque un joint dans le kit. Les bagues de centrage sont trop épaisses: la barre ne rentre plus.
Le prix est élevé, surtout pour cette qualité.

I do not recommend buying anything, low quality fake.
