I've ordered a few items from Auto Fragrance on February 20th, 2026. Today is May 24th, 2026, and there are no news from the company.
I haven't received any tracking number, neither any changes of the order status. It is still 'Confirmed'. I've sent an email and still haven't heard from them.
Weirdly enough, shopify service says that to get a refund you need to contact Auto Fragrance directly, which is probably impossible - at least according to other reviews on Trustpilot. Don't get scammed.

Purchased items few weeks ago, tracking label is created but there is no update or been picked up.
Tried emailing them several times without success, just wanted to get an ETA Update, but it seems that t get here are others experiencing same issues as me.

If you can’t be transparent or manage to response within a reasonable time frame to your consumer, and you are trading business in australia you shouldn’t be trading.

Thanks for the run around, will seek compensation from bank now.

Placed order , they created label still sitting waiting for sender to send , that was a month ago , do not purchase from them I have emailed several times no response
