Stay away from this dealership!!!
I strongly advise against buying a used vehicle from Autohaus Isernhagen, especially if you are an international buyer. I purchased a BMW M850i here last year. The salesman explicitly assured me the car only had a 'minor paint job.' and based on the "BMW service partner" badge I trusted him blindly. Months after the purchase upon independent inspection, it was revealed the car had severe, concealed structural defects and major accident history.
I reached out the dealership and hoped it was an honest mistake and would cooperate to solve the issue but they outright refused to cooperate. I was forced to hired a German traffic lawyer. Only under severe legal pressure did they finally agree to take the car back and refund the purchase price. However, they are now completely ignoring formal legal deadlines to reimburse the attorney fees I was forced to spend just to expose their deception and return a defective vehicle.
Buyers beware: Have any vehicle from this dealership inspected by a third-party professional, check the VIN for vehicle history, don't take their BMW service partner label as a symbol of trust cuz it isnt, its the total opposite.
