Autohunter facilitated my purchase by helping me get in touch with seller and suggestions on transport, even resending information when I changed my account email.

The buying process went smoothly enough, as far as it went. Once the auction is won, there is no go-between, so you are on your own to get the car & title after sending the money. That creates a lot of anxiety for the buyer when the car is far away geographically, and you have already parted with the money, hoping you get your car & title.
I'd love to see the auction house hold the car, title, & money until the transaction is completed.

AutoHunter personnel were easy to work with and communicate well. My frustration is that the auction was successful and a buyer was found, but the buyer backed out for no good reason other than a change of mind leaving me with no recourse on the sale of my vehicle.

Very good to deal with and provided an excellent write up for the vehicle. Stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions.

The system that auto hunter used helped me find the car I wanted and in a process I felt comfortable with. I pick up the car next week.

AutoHunter made selling my classic car very easy. I was guided through all the steps to get the car listed. All the staff was polite, informative and easy to work with. They responded to my emails quickly, gave suggestions on how to be successful in selling my car and made me feel comfortable with the entire process.
When a buyer was found, AutoHunter gave me the information I needed to connect with the buyer and complete the sale

The auction is the way to go!! No meeting people in person to show the car and have to deal with the‘memory lane’ people that just like looking at the car!! Just be patient they wait to the last few minutes to bid!

Friendly, competent folks. Great guidance all through the process. After a month, put the car up on the auction site & sold for more than I was expecting.

I was disappointed in the way thing were handled right before and after the auction was over. I was told that I could take the reserve off but when I wanted to do this I was told it had to be two days before the ending of the listing. I think I might of received more bids if I could of let bidders know that the reserve had been taken off. After the auction was over it was like thanks for the 6% have nice day. Sending an email saying look on line for ways to print a Bill of Sales and here is the winners number is worth more than 6% of the sale. Neither myself or the winning bidder had purchase or sold a car through Auto Hunter before so it would of been nice to have a little more help on the next steps. I still have the car here, yes I did receive the monies but the winning bidder arranged some kind of pickup that the transport company has 4 weeks to pick it up. These are a few items that I think you could look into helping buyers and sellers. Thank you

A little shaky start but all resolved. Auto Hunter did a fantastic job with the write up and showing the pictures. it was really fun to watch the bids come in as the auction was coming to a close. Very happy.
