We recently had a custom AI chatbot…
We recently had a custom AI chatbot (CEO Chatbot) built for our business through Autolinium, and the entire experience was highly satisfying.
Although we are based in Dhaka and Autolinium operates from Chittagong, distance was never a barrier. We coordinated the entire project through meetings, and their response time throughout was excellent. From the very beginning, their team understood our requirements clearly and executed the project with great efficiency. The chatbot has been built very effectively, and the responses it generates are smart and accurate — fully meeting our expectations. One of the standout benefits has been the ability to track our sales team's activities through the chatbot, which has significantly helped us in making better business decisions.
Their technical knowledge and dedication to the work are truly commendable. We did not face any issues during the project, and whenever we had questions, their support team responded quickly and professionally, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, the professionalism, technical expertise, and customer support of the Chittagong-based Autolinium team have completely impressed us despite the distance between our locations. For anyone looking for a reliable and efficient AI solution partner, I would highly recommend Autolinium.
