It took me over a month to get a quote off a local auto-locksmith, without result as many don't have the equipment or up to date software to deliver the goods, particularly for brand new vehicles.

This is the company that the auto-trade use and you will find out why if ever you need them.

Put simply, they are head and shoulders above the rest who will either tell you they cannot source that particular fob, can't cut the blade or cannot programme it as it's 'too new'. Or worse, they ignore your call or message because they cannot deliver the goods. This company does both & they are heartily recommended. Thank you!

Paul answered my question via WhatsApp swiftly and fitted me in immediately. My issue was both remotes keys not working, but Paul quickly sorted me out with a brand new key, far superior to the ones that came with the car, cutting the hard key to match. I left my old keys with him to investigate and an hour after I left him he called to say he’d fixed them both and wasn’t charging for the simple fix! Brilliant, professional, speedy friendly service, at a superb low price. I will absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely go to Paul again!

What a great man, my husbands car has been stood for awhile due to ill health. Paul stuck to his word and phoned an hr before arrival, was extremely polite and stayed till the problem was solved . Paul even found another problem with the car and told me how to solve it.The price was great and fairly marked . I would highly recommend Paul and his service Locked out. I bought a used car and one of the keys was not work. I contacted them and he confirmed my appointment on next day. He came earlier and provided professional comments on choosing a new remote key. I highly recommend this company and respect his professional.

I reached out to locked out due to losing my car key.

On arrival he was very friendly, explained what he was doing and worked tiredlessly to try and sort the problem with my key out.

He went above and beyond to source the appropriate equipment to enable him to get my car key sorted. But unforrunely he couldn't sort it so recommended i go directly to BMW.

To my surprise he refused to take paymemt even after spending a number of hours trying to comple the job.
