Absolutely horrible novated lease company. I have had so many issues with them including overcharging admin fees, a lack of customer service, and poor accountability when it comes to dealing with complaints. I would not recommend working with them.

My agent Greg (last name withheld) seemed to think that customer does not need to ask too many questions. Infact I received an email saying (dont ask always) and he even told me I don't have to call. He really spoilt my experience of buying a new car.
I think Autopia is either too short staffed or else needs to train their executives to have some more respect.

Service experience: He emails the dealer at 4.30 pm for the quote and the dealer replies next day morning around 10am and then again at 4.30 or 5pm he will send a reply saying there needs to be a change in the quote. This game went on for 3 days. He made sure, he would never reply immediately always wait till end of Day to send an email.
I did all the work of getting the best quote and getting the best deal, I guess Autopia couldnt get to charge me too many extras and so were not too happy with me. If my company allowed me to deal with any other company, I would have gone with someone else but unfortunately I had to go with them. Hoping that the rest of my dealing with them will be good. Reading through the reviews here, makes me nervous though.

I had a 4 year lease with Autopia at the end of my lease, all liabilities and costs discharged, account closed. I had a positive balance in the thousands, 4 months later I am still fighting to get this money refunded to my employer, excuse after excuse. Just don't use this company, highly unethical.

No communication. Treated us like garbage. Never again.

This company attempts to scam all functions of the lease policy. I have been with them a year. Every quarter they attempt to manipulate the payment for electricity and you spend three weeks explaining the bill. They are not pro rating all the fees (maintenance, tyres, EV Charge, rego) correctly which leads them to increase your weekly payment to create a buffer in your account. I am now trying to transfer the lease between my old employer and new employer … a complete nightmare over the last two months and they want a $600 fee to transfer … they are un responsive and a complete scam. I am passing to the bank and looking to return the car and lease. STAY AWAY.

Terrible service. Impossible to get a hold of anyone and when you do they just pass the email on to some other useless twit
