Total rip off
Total rip off. Was sold to me as a maintenance plan, absolutely not. Doesn't cover tyres or any issues. £33 a month for two years to cover the cost of a service, it's ridiculous. I could just pay for a service myself at a fraction of the cost. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
Shocking rip off
Shocking rip off! Got a brand new VW ID4 on personal lease for 2 years. Since found out my cars first service is due in……2 years. So no servicing needed for the duration of the contract. Had a nail in the tyre….we don’t cover that because it’s not in the middle of the tyre. Absolute rip off!!!!

Excellent every time
We’ve now had our lease car 3 years and been covered with auto serve maintenance for that time. All 3 services and MOT were smooth from the easy online booking service to the free pickup and drop off service (amazing).
We also had to call them out as we had a puncture in a tyre, on a Sunday 90 miles from home, but someone was with us within 45mins and managed to repair it to get us on our way.
Lastly we needed new wipers which was a quick swap over at our local Halfords garage confirmed by their WhatsApp customer service number.
I cannot fault them at all and have taken out another contract for our new lease car.

Renault Astrale still under…
Renault Astrale still under warranty(73plate) leased via auto serve, car broke down and has been in garage for over 9 months, lease company does not want to know and blames Renault and Stoneacres Stafford where car has been for over 9 months without a resolution.
Lease company still charging for lease despite the fact that car has been off road under warranty for over 9 months - disgraceful.

Contacted Autoserve to arrange a car service and i was pleasantly greeted by Drew. He got what i wanted sorted and its really good to speak to someone based here in the UK i can understand clearly and have an actual conversation with. First time arranging a service for the new car with this company and he made it really easy for me.
