Non acceptance of damages
Actually this is a “no star” recommendation. Do not contract this company for any of its services. This company is by far the worst auto transport, customer experience, and satisfaction. Company damaged my new vesicle on the undercarriages in a Dec 2025 transport. The damage is visually clear it was caused due to it being secured while either in transit, loading or unloading. A tracking device was placed in the vehicle showing it went to two of the carriers employees home for hours before it was route to its delivery location. The devices showed the vehicle was loaded and unloaded several times. After several phone calls and emails with pics and video of the damage, and tracking detail Autosled refuse to accept any responsibility or pay for its repairs.
Repeat….do not contract this company for any services. Always first check with transporters insurance carrier for how my claims have been filed against the company before you contract. If you can not acquire this do not use the company .
