Suspended + No refund
I had both a VPS and shared web hosting with them.
Regarding the web hosting, I encountered an issue where the mail server was flagged as SPAM. This was apparently because another customer was using the same mail server to send spam, which caused my emails to be marked as spam as well. I asked them to investigate, but they simply suggested I upgrade to private hosting.
Anyway, moving on to the VPS, it had been working fine until they suspended it for spamming. They didn't even notify me about the suspension; instead, they sent me an invoice for the following months. I paid it, mistakenly believing the suspension was due to a late payment (which it wasn't).
After paying, the VPS remained suspended. When I inquired, they informed me it had been flagged for spamming. Consequently, I requested a refund for the invoice I had just paid for the upcoming months.
They refused to issue a refund.
I opened a case with PayPal and received an instant refund.
Avoid dealing with these scammers.
