Avancar Carsharing Opiniones 2

I have used Avancar in Barcelona for a day trip.
I read CAREFULLY all the instructions on the web site and it was clearly stated in the FAQ that the first 80 km were not charged.
They charged me ALL the kilometres done (260km) for a total cost of 137 euros per 1 day of use. I felt frauded because on the webpage there were INCORRECT information and I would have expected a reimbursement (which did not happened). They have changed the info on the webpage though.
Do not recommend the service because it is overly expensive and fraudulent.

I am very happy with the service. I have been using avancar in Barcelona for about 6 months now and it works perfect. Its very cheep to rent and there are car in many locations. The only thing I would be careful is insurance. Any scratch on the car is not covered up to 600 euros, and I had a friend that had a huge problem with them. As you often rent for only a few hours, its a pain to always look if there are any scratches, and if all the scratches are written down on the report book on the car. So, you might end up having to pay for a scratch that you have not made yourself. Myself, I use it enough to make it worthwhile to pay 9 euros a month for full insurance, so that I don´t have to worry about anything. If you don´t pay for it, you are going to have to be careful.
