I’m happy with my initial experience with Avanse, as my loan got approved here after facing rejections from other banks, and I sincerely thank Mangesh and Manager Brahmanad for their continuous support and follow-ups. However, the disbursement process was quite slow, and the urgency was not fully understood. Post disbursement, the fund release request has been disappointing, as it has been over a week since my university received the receipt, yet the request is still incomplete, affecting my further processes. Overall, my experience has been good, but the disbursement and fund release stages need improvement, as the system feels slow and requires better efficiency.

At the time I received my card from Abans Finance Kandy branch, an insurance cover was provided, but I was not informed about any payment related to it. I also did not give my consent for such a charge.
