Clear outline of levels of cover so easily matched against requirements. Excellent price in comparison with some other providers and immediate receipt of the documents.A common non serious medical condition was factored in to a competitive price. Checked reviews before purchasing and seems to be rated highly.

I have never known such a long winded…
I have never known such a long winded system to update a travel insurance policy. Firstly I took the policy out in mine and my wife's name online without having to get her permission. To update the policy with a recent illness my wife has had I have to get her permission. It would help that your employees could understand English and did not dictate that you must only give a yes or no answer. It would also help if the illness could be added without going through all of the questions which had been asked and answered online. It took over 30 minutes to update a policy which should have only taken 5. Ther is one thing for sure I will never use this company again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are unhappy with us and the process to update your policy.
Our underwriter provides us with specific questions we must ask in order to complete the declaration. As you can appreciate, our agents need to ensure that we capture all relevant information for your own protection in the unforeseen event that you need to submit a claim.
We are also regulated by the financial conduct authority and have to cover everything they require us to, in order to be compliant with the regulations.
I am sorry for the frustration caused.
