DO NOT BUY FROM AVERNIO!

I purchased four of these travel sleep system from AliExpress for my family, and for around £8 or less each, they were decent and good value for money.

Later, I saw Avernio’s advertisement and was impressed by how high-quality the product looked in their videos and photos. Based on that, I ordered two, expecting a much better product because they were charging a significantly higher price.

Unfortunately, when the items arrived, they were exactly the same as the ones I bought from AliExpress. They looked nothing like the product shown in Avernio’s advertisements. The quality and appearance were far from what was advertised.

To make matters worse, I tried contacting them using the returns email address they provided, but I never received any response.
In my experience, the product advertised is not the product you receive. I would strongly advise people to be cautious before purchasing from Avernio.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service.

Fake site...did not get the product as mentioned...got a small notebook instead...no contact provided...the QR on the packet is also not reachable

fake site do not buy i ordered thinking something new. but got scammed. lessons learnt not to trust facebook market adds any more.

This is a fake store selling fake products. In the name of digital diary they simply sent a pocket notebook

The legitimate HUION Note X10 Smart Digital Notebook is available on Amazon for ₹7,479. However, this fraudulent site named Avenio (avenio.store) is selling it as their own 2-in-1 Digital Notebook for just 1,490. I found this product listing through an Instagram ad and decided to place an order since they offered Cash On Delivery. Unfortunately, when the package arrived today, it was clearly a fake product. The package was much smaller than expected, and it was evident that it was not the genuine HUION product. Thankfully the Bluedart delivery agent was a professional guy and understood the situation and filed a refused delivery. I'm posting this to warn anyone who might come across Avenio or consider purchasing anything from them. Please be cautious and avoid falling for this scam. Stay safe!
