Terrible Post Sale, Support and Environmental Responsibility: We would like to share a review regarding the products offered by AVENIR ROOFING, specifically mentioning their items such as the Techno Spray Contact Adhesive canisters in 22 Litres size, along with others. Unfortunately, it appears that once AVENIR products are used, individuals are left with a dilemma regarding their disposal.

According to guidelines provided by the UK Environment Agency, it is expected that both manufacturers and distributors take responsibility by offering alternative solutions or collection services for the recycling or proper disposal of environmentally hazardous materials. However, after reaching out to this company over the course of several weeks in search of a suitable resolution, I found their sales team, including their manager and a sales representative named Luke, to be irresponsibly insistent on recommending the drilling and cutting of these flammable canisters as a means of disposal.

It is disheartening to witness that this company does not take accountability for the products they sell, nor do they prioritise environmental welfare or demonstrate care towards their clients, the community and the environment once the sale and delivery of the products are completed.

We are now escalating and reporting this company with the support of the local council to the Environment Agency and other agencies.

A great supplier. I placed my order by telephone mid afternoon and received my adhesive within 24 hours and my rubber roofing sheet within 48 hours, wow! The price was very competitive as well and their website clear and helpful.

I subsequently had cause to contact the company because of advice I had received just prior to placing my order. This was dealt with very well, in a friendly manner and to my complete satisfaction. To my mind it is not that problems arise (we are human!) but how they are resolved. In light of my experience, I would be happy to recommend.
