What a load of cheap tat! Said on the advert they were glass and reduced from like £130 etc down to £40 and thought I'd get a pomeranian for my partner as she has one that she loves sooo much, and this to just be a small Christmas gift as times are tough and it was something I thought she'd like? Doesn't even look like a bloody pomeranian FFS and its cheap shitty plastic and tiny! Not even sure I've got the audacity to try giving my girlfriend this piece of shit which realistically should just be thrown in the bloody bin!!!!!

Yep I got caught by the glossy adverts which are everywhere, recieved the wolf head eventually if it wasn't such a rip off it would be laughable. Unfortunately 39.99 is no laughing matter totally miss represented , states usb powered came with 3 watch batteries as power source in a poor plastic very small thing. Can't understand why this company can get away with an online fraud.so angry that they pop-up even when playing respectable games. Avoid at all costs.

I bought the GSD for a Christmas present for my Dad. Shocking isn't the word I'd use. It's a pile of shit. I've emailed first email went through. Others haven't. This company shouldn't be allowed to continue selling false awful disgusting products. By the reviews they are all shit.

Don't know why this mob haven't be charged with fraud and still aloud to advertise they are a totally rip off merchant, if you actually get the item you purchased its cheap tac nothing like its description or photo from the advert wish i had seen the reviews before i was ripped off, they charge cheap prices so there's not to much of a fuss and it goes unchallenged, no reply to email or any customer service Chinese rip off company trading under Avenly home BEWARE & AVIOD at all cost. 29.99 rip off

Avoid! Ordered the golden retriever which arrived today. Is nothing like advertised. Wrong size, plastic & poorly painted. Will try to get money back but judging by other reviews I don't hold out much hope. Bought as a gift, but would be embarrassed to give.

I wouldnt even give this a 1 star but had to to write a review, shocking company, havnt even recieved the light, ignoring my emails, so looks like gonna be out of pocket, avoid this site, it is beyond me how its still on line, how many more people have been robbed

If I could give them 0 I would the package came nothing at all like picture and it was mid painted with black smudges. They only have the one email address no number and will send you round in circles till they block your email address please do not waste your hard earned cash on this company

Ordered Two Dogs For My Daughters for Christmas,as the dogs passed away early this year,
After several emails with no reply the products arrived today, what a bag of rubbish these are,

Not even the right size as stated in the discription, doesnt resemble the pictures at all,

False lamp size, bought dog lamp, nothing like picture, looks like something a child made, false reviews on website, cannot change led or bulb, no access
Supposedly glass it's not, it's plastic, made to look like tyffany style, do not purchase, utter tat, size is exaggerated its about 10cm long by 10cm high. Again, do not buy any of the animal lamps you will be totally disgusted with it

Orderd two lights which ever arrived and didn't responded to emails

Wouldn't trust them. I placed my order on 2nd November. They had nothing but excuses in emails towards the delivery. Didn't know who their courier is. Really bizarre. It is now 4th December and still waiting for the delivery. Shame because the light product looked really nice.

BEWARE This company is definitely one to avoid, whether you are in the UK or the USA. Their customer service does not exist (I think it is AI generated) and you do not get your purchase. DO NOT TOUCH

I bought a boston terrier lamp, what a pile of shite. I don't know how they can sleep at night, knowing another customer let down. Cheap plastic shit, no colour and as much light given off , not much more than a fire fly. Don't touch this company

Don't buy from this company, I had a wrong item delivered and they are ignoring my emails, their emails come from the support team and they've replied each time telling me to contact the support team ,it's now a month later and they are completely ignoring me, so I'm now left with an item I didn't ask for

My parents brought two items from this website. The items that they received were of very poor quality and half the size of what was suggested on the website. Also just after purchasing their card details were stolen, not sure it’s a coincidence. They have tried to return the items but the emails keep saying how to contact them but no returns number.

I ordered a gift for my mum on the 13th of November it arrived yesterday the 26th of November. The quality of my owl lamp is terrible, cheap to the touch very light and the lead is not long enough. It will not charge, so you can move it around it needs to be plugged in at the usb. I gave it one star for the fact it works. I have contacted the customer support for the returns details, I just keep getting the same email back, contact us and customer support and they will give me the details. So like an idiot I have done this 3 times and I am just going around in circles ,they just keep sending you the same email, it is obvious they have no intension of helping . So buyers be aware , if you do not like your purchase you do not get the help promised.
