False Advertising
On April 13th, with the help of Customer Service Representative Kevin Campbell, I ordered - from the Aventis WebSite - a Dell Monitor. The website accepted my order and sent me a confirmation. On April 16th Kevin indicated to me that my order had been cancelled because the monitor was not available at the price at which it was advertised on their website. He indicated that it was a black Friday price and should have been changed - but clearly wasn't. He offered the monitor at the now current price, but I declined.
The business should have to sell the product at the advertised price - regardless of whether it was still an active sale or not. Businesses shouldn't be allowed to continue to list an item for sale at a price that they are not willing to honor.

Upon speaking with Kevin and reviewing your correspondence with him he did make you aware that this was an old special and that he was unable to sell it to you directly prior to you purchasing the item. This is why when you purchased it on your own, your order was canceled because the item was no longer stocked at this price. We have reviewed your situation with our eCommerce team and web hosting platform and determined there was an issue with the deactivation of just this one of our many Black Friday specials. We are taking steps to ensure that there is a better process in place so all old specials listings are completely deactivated and are unsearchable on Google for our future customers. Poor customer service
I reached out with a concern when I submitted my order and had to follow up twice before getting a terse response from Chad. He suggested the lack of response and lack of pricing clarity was my fault. When I called and emailed about Chad's poor customer service, someone started a ticket for a manager to help me—still no response after following up twice. I love to support small businesses but Aventis' customer service has been lacking in every regard.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion we have caused with this miscommunication. At this time, we have been experiencing higher than average volume due to the forced work from home movement. That being said, we have our team working in other areas of our business to help facilitate, which has resulted in some delays in communication, but this is no excuse.
It appears you signed up for our new customer 20% off coupon, tried to use it on your purchase, and were unable to apply it to your cart. You proceeded with submitting the transaction and then followed up with our team on how to take advantage of the coupon.
The reason why you were unable to apply the coupon code to your transaction is that the monitor you selected is on our Best Sellers list. This list includes all of our top-selling items across all of our channels at the lowest possible price. Since we are a small business and these Best Sellers are priced as low as possible, they are ineligible for discount codes. We sincerely apologize we did not do a good job communicating this upfront resulting in your frustration after your purchase when trying to figure out why you could not apply the coupon.
Rest assured, the coupon code provided to you does not expire, so you can definitely use it on your next purchase. Good for the small customer, too.
We are really a small customer of Aventis Systems. But, they don't treat us that way. Pre-order consultation is great, orders (even custom ones) go smoothly, deliveries are prompt. All that you would expect from a successful vendor. But even for a small customer, the after-sale service, advice, consultation, technical assistance and support is far beyond what you would normally expect for the "little guys" - perhaps even exceeding what would be expected for the "big guys". We recommend Aventis Systems any chance we get.

bad service after the sale

I ordered a hard drive through this…
I ordered a hard drive through this companies Ebay store six days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Tracking number was provided 2 days ago but the item hasn't made it to the post office. I tried to reach out to them through email and they just ignored me. I would steer clear of this company, they will take your money and never ship your item.
