Zero stars! Order #2253, Was hopeful and purchased on 12/16. Received on 12/29. Tried to return on 12/30. Did not even have a chance to wear. I read reviews and was hopefull. I used my sanitizer box without heat and it deformed the product to where it was not functional. Immediately contacted Averia Support and after a week of back and forth of sending pictures and pleading with support, I was given directions to return.
I followed directions, paid $22 to return the product, sent Support the tracking number and it finally had passed through customs clearance in China on 2/2/26. I had reached out to Averia weekly since and am getting no assistance. Each time, they respond with "Hello, once we receive it, we'll issue a full refund." They suggested that I contact USPS in which I did and they confirmed arrival to Customs Clearance in China. Averia then suggested that I contact the carrier in China. I am very disappointed in their lack of effort to assist me. I would have taken a replacement at first but now dont want anything to do with their product because of the lack of effort. I want a refund in addition to the charge to return the product, but am not expecting anything due to their lack of service thus far. Now, I just hope to save someone else from the same service.

Sent and email over 1 week later after purchase was made, for an update on delivery with no response. 3 weeks later sent another email requesting a delivery update with no reply. 3.5 weeks later requested an update or a refund. Refund was processed but still no response back from their customer service via both of the emails. Their customer service is non existent, do not purchase from them
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Delivery was quicker than I thought but emailed them multiple times as I needed support and have not had a response and it’s been weeks! I even messaged them on their insta acc and NOTHING! Don’t bother ordering from this site.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with them for months and I still am unsuccessful. Do not purchase from this company. There are many other companies that have great swimsuits and great customer service.
Cheap Clothes and Months-long Wait for Refunds
This company is the worst. I ordered from them and it took over a month for items to arrive - (2) pajama sets that were $130 each. They arrived and were incredibly cheat and ill-fitted, not silk, I'm not sure why they can charge that high of a price. So, I returned and followed instructions...sent my items back on December 4th, 2024 and was JUST NOW refunded on February 19th, 2025. Ridiculous. Such a scam.
I LOVED my dress
I LOVED my dress! It was absolutely stunning, just like the photos and reviews. I was a bit skeptical. I wasn't in any rush nor did I have an occasion, just wanted to expand my wardrobe. I STUNNED in that dress. It flattered EVERYTHING. It came within 3-4 weeks as advertised.
Inaccurate shipping timeframe- poor quality- poor return service
I ordered their Erin slip dress for a wedding. Before purchase I contacted customer service to ask whether I would receive it in time and was assured that I would. Having ordered it on the 29th March I didn't receive it until the 7th of May.
The quality was poor considering the price and the patterning of the material was not the same as advertised.
You have to pay for the return label. The information provided regarding returns is inconsistent and confusing.
I would recommend not buying from them.

Do not let them take your money, I bought the hen swim suit over a year ago and haven’t received, nor did I get my money refunded and it was too late to fight it on my visa. I can not believe they are still able to take peoples money with all these bad reviews. The only good ones must be friends of the owner.
Not a legit company
Tried to buy a two piece top and shorts co ord set. After ordering they said it was out of stock and would give me credit for the amount. Customer service is pretty bad - no response for days. Would not recommend buying from here.
One of my favorite dresses I own..
Online shopping can be so hard and stressful.. and over the past couple months it’s felt defeating until I got my Averie dress. This dress is one of the most beautiful and best fitting dresses I’ve ever owned. The material is not only gorgeous but it’s so soft and fits me like a glove. I bought this for a friends wedding next month and I’m so excited to wear it! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend AVERIE!!

I have been absolutely blown away! I ordered this dress for a wedding and started to get a little nervous about delivery, 3 weeks out. I emailed customer service and received very helpful, friendly, and timely response letting me know an estimated ship date. I received shipping confirmation ON that date and a follow up from the agent! Shocking! AMAZING Customer Service!!! Applause please!!!
The garment arrived and is STUNNING! it fits beautifully, I can't wait to wear to the wedding (in 10 days). If you're on the fence, DO IT! You're welcome!

Not sure what happened to the people saying it's a scam but I absolutely LOVE their swimsuits. The fabric, the cut, the customer service, all of it is of stellar quality!
I just ordered some new swimsuits and selected the wrong size for one of the items. I contacted their customer service (thank you Emma!) and they got back to me the next day saying they could change the size but it would be shipping from their US warehouse and probably not make it on time for my holiday (I had mentioned I hoped it would arrive before my departure date). They kindly sent me a list of items in my size that where in stock in their Germany warehouse and changed my order right away, while also ensuring it would get to me on time! Honestly, I've rarely seen such an efficient and professional customer service, can't wait to receive my order!

Slight delay, needed tailoring, but otherwise, LOVED my dress
I liked knowing that my item was "on demand" as opposed to what I see with fast fashion brands. The shipping/timing expectation was a bit disappointing as I ordered it hoping to wear it for a wedding last year. It arrive about a month later than estimated, so I wasn't able to wear it. And then it was actually a bit too big for me, so I still needed to get it tailored. But once I got it tailored, I absolutely LOVE this dress that I am hoping to get another color/pattern from the design I purchased last year.

Never have I ever found a better fitting, flattering and sexy bathing suit in all my years. It makes me feel confident and excited to put it on. I just ordered two more!
Do not recommend, didn't receive items or responses
I ordered two dresses in October 2022, one that was ready to ship and one that estimated shipping was end of October.
I emailed multiple times to check on the status, or to get the order split as they mentioned on their website.
I emailed, tried to DM on Instagram, but they have never replied. I'm afraid I'm out a couple hundred. They said in their sales contract (that you don't receive until after purchase) to allow 1 year for shipping. Given the lack of response, I am going to see if it's too late to contact my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.
I would not recommend trying to purchase here unless you like a gamble.

This is the most helpful fit advice I have ever gotten from a brand! The CS rep provided detailed reasoning for her sizing recommendations, complete with advice for what I could ask a tailor to adjust based on my fit concerns. Super helpful!
Great customer service
Averie was amazing to work with. They even helped me to customize my dress. I had my eyes on a spw ific dress for about a year and I couldn't be more glad that I finally ordered it. I can't wait to wear it out.
SCAM!!! Wish I could offer a zero here
Wish I could offer a zero here. My situation is the same as several others. I ordered 11 swimsuits - none of which fit despite ordering multiple sizes. I’ve written them countless times and they don’t reply. At this point they owe me almost $1500. I’m filing a fraud complaint with my bank tomorrow because it doesn’t appear that they are ever going to respond or refund my money. SCAM!!! I have filed with the Better Business Bureau where they have a grade of F. I wish I had known.

Blue tigers pyjamas
I ordered a pair of short pyjamas with blue tigers, a scrunchie and a sleeping mask as a gift for a friend. It arrived in 2 days and the pyjamas were so nicely packed in the bag with the same pattern - cute! The friend really enjoyed the set, size S fit perfectly. Looking forward to getting some for myself soon 😍
