I ordered a beautiful AP Royal Oak Offshore online. Unfortunately, I did not think about Avi & Co. being in NYC during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. Diana called and communicated the status of my order immediately. She informed me my order would ship as soon as possible, assuring me no one would put themselves at risk to do so. I received daily updates from Diana until and after my order shipped. The watch arrived much sooner than I expected. This level of exemplary customer service was unexpected and very much appreciated.
