Aviator Gear Opiniones

I ordered my leather flight jacket patches off of here and they turned out to perfectly match the AFI, exceptional quality.

Never been disappointed in dealing with these folks.

If you need a patch or coin made (or both) this is the company for you. The products are high quality items, they have great customer services and I can highly recommend them.

Timely and EXCELLENT looking products. Worked with us to get our unit patch just the way we envisioned it.

That said, their promos NEVER work and they flood your email with them non-stop after you do business with them 1 time. Be ready to hit that "unsubscribe" button promptly.

They also will pimp you for reviews with the promise of gift cards. Then, surprise surprise, they don't deliver on those either.

TL;DR: Great products and production team. Marketing team is run by a bunch of high school freshmen that have no concept of follow through or honoring commitments.

Phenomenal customer service, works well with us, great art design, timely delivery.

I am president of a veteran's non-profit and we had key chains made as a promotional. They were completed ahead of projected time and were exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this great company.

Overall amazing experience with this company! I have them the rough idea of a patch I wanted to create and they nailed it! Definitely will come back!

I am a former Air Force Fighter Pilot and graduate of the Test Pilot School and Fighter Weapons School. I wanted these patches to be included in a framing of my military career. The company was very respondent to my request, understood my concern, and I am now the proud recipient of those patches. They make a truly fine product.

Aviator gear was great with helping me to get a custom patch made for my squadron. The prices on bulk orders were a real bargain!

Great customer service. Will definitely use again. The key chains are anazing and my employee group love them 🥰

Aviator Gear provides solid customer service from the moment an order is submitted, including surprise bonuses such as stickers and patches. Quality of their product also is excellent.

customer service was good, and kind they updated me frequently, I would use Aviator again in the near future

Great customer service from start to finish. First time designing a patch, Mart was very helpful and correspondence was easy. Patches came out perfect and on time.

Aviator Gear recently hand-made an incredibly detailed, scale, model of an Apache AH-64 helicopter for me, and it was worth every penny and then some. The old saying, “You get what you pay for.”, certainly holds true here.

My wife and I gave it to our son-in-law, a retired Apache pilot, himself, as a retirement gift, and he loves it (He could not believe the amount of accurate detail that went into the making of this model.).

Cristina Reyes, a Senior Designer at Aviator Gear, was extremely helpful and in constant contact with me throughout the entire 10 plus week design and production process.

I am extremely happy with Aviator Gear and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a detailed, scale model of an aircraft hand-made for themselves or as a gift for someone else. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

The patches that my office ordered were very good and communication was solid throughout the entire process. The wait time is rather long, but if you're not in a hurry then definitely recommend.

Company has been excellent at answering questions and assisting with my order.

My last custom patch ordering experience was slow and somewhat disappointing. It took a long time to get to an initial proof. The initial proof didn't match the artwork because Aviator Gear could not sew small details that were included in the artwork that they themselves created. They didn't even attempt to sew those details... they just left it out and told me it couldn't be done as they sent back the proof. After making changes to the artwork, a second proof was also slow to produce, and also didn't match the artwork. It took another long delay to get a new proof that matched the approved artwork. I finally received patches about 3 weeks after approving the final proof and nearly 3 months after beginning the process.

The patches are fine, but honestly are nothing special and are less detailed than those I have seen from competitors. I had good experiences with this company in the past, but would never go back or recommend them to a friend or colleague.

The team at Aviator Gear was extremely understanding and helpful with the whole processes for ordering patches! Definitely recommend and I will be coming back for more!
I had some recommendations after the first sample was made and the member assigned to assist me was patient and was open to my suggestions!

I love everything about this company and community. If you need me to post on my site I would love to represent! Dena💜. #PurpleFlyGirl
