It quite literally does not exist. Idk why I ordered from them again because they send the wrong product and then you can't reach them. I've called and emailed dozens of times and nobody is there to answer, they just say there's a number and email to contact so it looks like the department exists. Incredibly crooked. There are way better CBD products out there anyways.

To be honest,the marketing and how they communicate during a purchase is great. BUT, pls don’t have an issue afterwards. There customer service is awful. Hannah from CS, needs several attempts to respond to emails, if she is responding at all. Im a returning customer and had one two issues with my order, it was the same Customer service representative who always didn’t respond. This is very sad, due to the fact, that I think they have good products. I hope for the future this will improve.
