I ordered Nov 24th as an xmas present. It's now December 31st and the item still has no estimated date of arrival. Customer service is dismissive and unapologetic. I may never get my item and have never dealt with a small business that a) does not deliver products in a timely way and b) refuses accountability for customers not receiving their order.

Je regrette mon achat, Un article commandé le 2 Décembre (disponible) va mettre 10 jours pour rejoindre l’aéroport de NY, le 13 eme jours il est à Paris et depuis 8 jours il est au même point ?
La performance UPS est évidente ! Donc Avigail Adam a une logistique déplorable. Dès colis venant de Chine mettent 4 à 5 jours !!
Je ne recommande pas ce vendeur.

Merci beaucoup de nous avoir contactés. Je suis sincèrement désolée que cette livraison ait été stressante et décevante. Je comprends tout à fait à quel point il est frustrant de voir le suivi rester bloqué au même endroit, surtout pendant les fêtes.

J’ai consulté votre commande ainsi que les détails de suivi de notre côté. Votre commande a été passée le 28 novembre et expédiée le 3 décembre. D’après le suivi, elle est restée environ 5 jours à l’aéroport de New York, et la plus longue attente s’est produite lors de son traitement par les douanes. En période de forte affluence pendant les fêtes, les douanes peuvent parfois être un peu plus lentes que d’habitude, et malheureusement une fois le colis en transit, ces délais sont hors de notre contrôle.

Cela dit, lors du passage en caisse, vous avez sélectionné notre option standard de Livraison Internationale, indiquée comme Préparation + 7 à 21 jours ouvrés — et d’après la chronologie, votre colis est bien arrivé dans ce délai.

Petite note pour l’avenir : nous proposons également UPS Worldwide Expedited (Préparation + 1 à 5 jours ouvrés) pour les moments où vous souhaitez que votre commande voyage un peu plus rapidement.

Nous sommes toujours reconnaissants lorsqu’une déesse choisit de commander chez nous, et nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre patience pendant que votre pièce faisait son voyage à travers le monde. Very very slow service

I know this is a small business but 30 days to ship an in stock item is poor.
I wouldn't have placed the order if I'd known this was the case.

I took a look at your order’s journey on our end: we received it on November 28, shipped it on December 3, and it arrived in London on December 15. You selected our standard International Shipping option at checkout (fulfillment + 7–21 business days), and your package did arrive within that window, though I absolutely hear you that it can still feel like a long time when you’re waiting.

Because we’re a very small team fulfilling thousands of holiday orders, we do note that fulfillment can take up to 30 business days during our busiest season. Most in-stock orders typically ship within 5–10 business days, and we were happy to get yours out in under 5 business days.

I absolutely love all of my Avigail Adam pieces but the better together set has my heart for life! I feel like a true princess every time I wear it. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it’s surprisingly comfortable to wear all day without causing any discomfort. I originally bought it for myself, but as soon as my friend saw it, she fell in love with it too. I ended up getting a second one so my friend could have one too. Now we both have matching pieces, and it’s become our go-to accessory for vacations, ren-faires and concerts. Highly recommend!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Really bad customer service! I ordered crown 20.3, it was not marked as pre-order, so delivery was about 10 working days. A couple of days later I received a message "A Little Update on Your Order"... No concrete information on when I would receive my order, on 13.4 I asked myself when I would receive it, the answer was: "My team is estimating that it should be ready within the next two weeks to ship". I haven't received anything yet, except for annoying ads! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Wedding Jewlrey

I got a necklace and a headband for my wedding, and I am so happy with both of them. The went with my dress perfectly, and I had so many compliments saying that I looked elvish, which was totally my hope. Even though they were intended for the wedding, I have already gotten more use of them for a date night, and I can’t wait to continue having these for dressy occasions.
