This is a warning to everyone about dealers like AV Store Pune who sell expensive AV equipment in India. Honestly, they have little to no respect for customers or even people just making enquiries. The prices are sky-high for imported stuff, and on top of that, you get a whole lot of attitude and rudeness thrown in for free. It’s like they’re doing you a favour by even responding—if they bother to reply at all! The response to any enquiry is painfully slow, and the vibe is basically, “I’ll reply whenever I feel like it, and I don’t care if you buy or not.”

Given this, just imagine what the after-sales support would be like. I’m not surprised to see others have had the same bad experience. You’d think that with such premium pricing, they’d at least be a bit helpful after the sale, but nope.

I really hope word keeps spreading about this kind of behaviour, and maybe one day these dealers will drop the arrogance and actually learn how to treat customers with some respect. The AV scene in India honestly feels like a cartel—prices are insane, options are limited, and customer service is a joke. It’s honestly distressing to see this happening again and again.

I truly wish that more international brands started selling directly to us and cut out these middlemen altogether, Indian customers deserve better. At the very least, have some iota of respect for customers?

I had ordered Bang & Olufsen Beoplay…

This is my order id Order #ATPL1013788. I had ordered Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H100 on 26 February. But 7 days later when I called the store I was told that the address was wrong. But the address is correct. Then they said that the money would be refunded in the next 7 days. But even after almost 15 days the refund did not come. When I called today on 18 March I was again told that it will take one or two more weeks.

One stop Audio solution

I have purchased amplifier, speakers, cables etc, they have very good solution of our requirement, the range of products they keep suits every pocket, the price is very competitive, the showroom is excellent, the demo rooms I can vouch is one of the best in India.

They give all refurbished products

They give all refurbished products, and do a nice packing like a new product. The products wont work for more than a month, and once taken to service center they tell you that its second hand product. Dont trust this website just because the provide at low prices. They are frauds.

I ordered item for 3 to 8 days shipping…

I ordered item for 3 to 8 days shipping method and I paid 18 dollars extra for that urgent Shipping but now its already 20 days waiting for the order to arrive..i chat them, I emailed them but no one answer me specific on my question if they gonna refund it because the 3 to 8 days shipping method is already gone and until now I’m still waiting for the Item to be arrive…hopefully on this review they will see my message and explain to me what was happened and if they gonna refund extra 18 dollars 3 to 8 days shipping method…I will wait and see hopefully they will answer me here…anyway, there’s a lot of stuff that I want to order in their store but this is my first experience to them.

Initially i was apprehensive

Initially i was apprehensive. But My experience turned out to be excellent. For Denon DHT316, The price I paid was lower than Amazon & flipkart festival price including card discount. I recived Delivery within 2 says. I am happy with the Purchase.

Great experience with this shop so far

Great experience with this shop so far. Ive got a Fiio amp for my headphones. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the sound outcome for this. The shop was super friendly and kind, so I got a refund no problemo. Highly recommend this one, the shop is excellent in terms of service.

Recommend this store

I had ordered a soundbar which reached after a lot of follow ups.
The delivery partner Being used was the major cause of the delay in delivery.
Appreciate Avstore for the support post receiving the soundbar.
Quality of Yamaha YAS-109 is perfect fr the setup required by my parents.

the owner was courteous enough to call me after seeing the feedback and told me there was a miscommunication on their side regarding the checking of the second speaker that they sent me and assured me of full refund of my money ,to ease the inconvenience i went through because of the two faulty speakers that i received from them,the issue is sorted ,therefore changing my rating from poor to average,but my desire to get a good bluetooth speaker is shattered,hopefully aftersome will search again

I wanted to buy my first bluetooth speaker so after doing a thorough research i shortlisted the envaya denon mini bluetooth speaker ,because of its sound quality and brand and while browsing online i came across this avstore online site which was selling the same,because of the discounted price and thinking they were professionals ,i ordered the same,i received the speaker within a few days,i was so eager to hear the sound so i immediately kept it for charging ,after an hour tried switching it on but it just didnt switch on ,tried after a few hours of charging as well,but still it didnt on,so i knew it was a defective piece after speaking to the customer care they said to send the same back and that they will send a replacement,i had specifically requested them this time to please test the speaker before they dispatch the same because i didnt want to be disappointing the second time again,they said we tested it sir and we are sending this time,when i received the speaker again i noticed the plastic foil was intact on the outer package and that it was even older stock may 2015 manufactured ,the previous one they sent me was october 2016manufactured,so i knew they had not even bothered opening the pack and testing the speaker ,they just dispatched it as it is,this time the speakers charging lights also werent even on,forget about switching on the speaker ,i was devasted because mistakes do happen once a while but two defective speakers one after the meant that the avstore people were very careless and were completely aware of the denon envaya mini speaker being a defective model and are still dispatching it to customers thinking they can get away with this,when i informed them that the second speaker that they sent also was not working from day one ,they apologized and said please send us a mail sir we will give a solution,i requested i cannot take any more chances with the speaker kindly refund my money back,they said that cannot be done we will dispatch another new speaker this time after checking it,but tell me people how do you trust a company whos sent two defective pieces back to back which didnt even switch on from day one,they are running a 50% discount only on this particular model ,they are absolutely aware of the truth that this model is defective but still they are dispatching to customers who have trusted them with their hard earned money this is absolutely not right ethically and morally ,i humbly request all you people who want to purchase from their website or store avstore.in ,to avoid by all means unless you want to waste your precious money and time , this is from my personal experience im talking i have never had such a bad experience ever ,im hurt let down and feel thoroughly cheated ,i have one last time requested them to return my money back kindly , wait for a day or two ,if they do not respond will take action against the company ,they are absolutely snatching or taking the consumer rights for granted ,im a strong bieliever of karma ,because of them i have suffered without a doubt the owner and the company will go through the same inconvenience and pain they have caused me soon .every word i typed here is honest .I usually have never given any bad reviews online but i do not want anyone to go through the inconvenience i went tthrough so ,the least i can do is warn them ,thankyou

UPDATE:
Anand the owner of AVstore called me and we are back in business. It seems there were some issues with WhatsApp due to excessive traffic.
I know Anand personally and have been dealing with him since ages so am confident that I am now in good hands. Changing the rating to 5 stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I have been trying to contact them by WhatsApp multiple times but they don’t even bother to respond.

I mean each time I can see that they have read my message but no reply. I have clearly mentioned what I am interested in buying but still nothing.

I live in Pune their hometown so would have preferred buying from them but their lack of interest means I will need to buy from Mumbai.

Not sure if they have shut shop.

I received a response from you within 2 hours of this feedback. However, I never received a response to my emails sent on
15-Feb, 19-Feb, 22-Feb and 24-Feb. I paid on 12-Feb for an item that still shows up on your website(but no stock) but never got a delivery or any response to any of my emails and you are boasting that you refunded it today(25-Feb)!!!! You are also suggesting that I am not being fair!!!! One thing is bad customer service, but it is another to shame the customer for posting a feedback!!! Good bye but I cannot deal with such folks,.

Great online shop in the real sense

I wish to record the very pleasant experience I had with AV store, Pune, to Mr.Mahesh in particular.
I had ordered OPPO PM2 headphones online to AV store. The moment I ordered, Mr.Mahesh took complete charge and courierd the head phones swiftly. The update communication had been very prompt and courteous. The head phones arrived in perfect inbox condition. My warm appreciation to AV store team.

Excellent

Bought Onkyo HT S 5915. Product reached me in less than 3 days. Packaging was excellent. It was pleasent interacting with customer care. Product till now working fine. Did not require online technical help though. Truly professional approach.
