We had a wonderful Umrah experience with Awaited Travels, travelling together as a family with my mother and brother for our first Umrah. Everything was well organised and thoughtfully planned.

They took great care of my mother and were considerate of her needs throughout the journey. The logistics were handled smoothly, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on our worship without having to worry about the practical details. The hotels and busses were of good standards.

The entire Umrah was well planned, and we always felt safe, supported, and properly guided. The Sheikh and Mulla were both excellent and played a big part in making the experience meaningful. The Awaited team made the experience amazing.

Overall, we are very grateful to Awaited Travels for making our Umrah such a smooth and memorable experience. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organised, supportive, and spiritually fulfilling Umrah.

I went to Umrah with Awaited Travels.

While I didn't have any expectations as I didn't know much of umrah, I truly do not think my experience with Awaited Travels could be any better.

The crew handles every administrative, logistical and provisional so you only have to focus on performing the actual umrah and the spiritual aspect. Every enquiry and question to the crew was met with understanding, professionalism and flexibility.

We were accompanied with Sheikh Khani whom gave us many great valuable lessons on the jurispudence of umrah, history of Islam, Mecca, and Medina, and self-improvement.

Moreover Mulla Hamze recited with his beautiful voice Quran, supplications and ziyarahs. This added to the the spirituality.

The hotels, food, and transport were all excellent.

I can recommend Awaited Travels to anyone considering going for Umrah. Even if they've been before.

I recently completed Hajj with Awaited Travel on their English-speaking tour and chose the 20-day Seera Mawasim package rather than the shorter option. Looking back, I’m so glad I chose the longer stay.

We spent four nights in Madinah at The View Hotel, which was only a five-minute walk from Masjid Al Nabawi. This gave us the freedom to visit the mosque whenever we wished and make the most of our time there. We enjoyed walking tours with the Sheikh, an organised group Rawdah visit, and I was also able to book additional Rawdah visits independently.

Our group consisted of just eight hujjaj, which made the experience more personal and allowed for greater support throughout the journey.

In Makkah, we stayed at the Sheraton for five nights, again only a five-minute walk from Masjid Al Haram. The Sheikh organised several beneficial lectures on the rooftop overlooking the Haram, which added a special spiritual dimension to the trip.

The remaining days of Hajj were spent at Elite Park Hotel in Aziziyah, which was conveniently located close to all of our Hajj rituals and made travelling between the various sites much easier during the busiest days of the pilgrimage.

The entire journey was well organised from the moment we arrived. We participated in ziyarat visits to Jabal Uhud, Masjid Qiblatain, and Masjid Quba, with all group activities communicated well in advance.

Considering how busy Hajj season is, everything ran very smoothly. We had a dedicated chat group for updates and questions, which made communication easy and efficient.

One of the things I appreciated most was the balance between organised activities and personal time. We had plenty of opportunities to connect with Masjid Al Nabawi and Masjid Al Haram at our own pace while still benefiting from the guidance and support of the group.

Overall, I found Awaited Travel to be professional, organised, and supportive throughout the journey, helping make this once-in-a-lifetime experience a memorable and spiritually enriching one.

I travelled with Awaited Travels for Hajj on their short package this year, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Awaited Travels, even though my journey didn’t go as planned. I was due to travel for Umrah (my first trip of this kind on my own) and I was genuinely so excited. From the very beginning, their organisation and communication were outstanding. They provided a detailed, easy to follow document covering every requirement, which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring.
Unfortunately, just a 2 days before departure, my flight from the UK was suddenly cancelled. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I wasn’t able to travel. To say I was heartbroken would be an understatement.
What truly stood out was the way Awaited Travels handled everything that followed. There were initial complications with the airline regarding refunds and I honestly wouldn’t have known what to do on my own. Their team stepped in and took care of the situation with such professionalism, patience and genuine care, ensuring I received my refund. Their support during such a stressful time meant so much.
Despite not being able to travel, they still made me feel like part of their group. Their kindness went above and beyond, especially their thoughtful gesture of arranging for Umrah to be performed on behalf of those who couldn’t attend. That is something I will never forget and it speaks volumes about their sincerity and dedication.

I just returned from a one-week Ziyarah in February with Awaited Travels, and I can wholeheartedly say it was one of the most beautiful spiritual journeys I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I landed until the day I flew back home, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and sincerity.

Everything was perfectly organised, allowing us to focus completely on worship and reflection. The accommodation was five-star hotels within walking distance of the shrines, which made the entire experience even more special and convenient.

The team was attentive, professional yet fun, and always ready to help, making everyone feel genuinely cared for throughout the trip.

The only downside was wishing we had more time in each place, but that’s only because there is so much to see and experience.

Just got back from a 2 week trip with Awaited Travels in Iraq, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny spent as I had a fantastic time from the moment I landed in Baghdad airport till the flight out of the country. This was my second time travelling with Awaited, and it will definitely be my go to group for every future Ziyarah trip inshallah. They make sure everyone’s needs is taken care of every single day.
I had booked a flight a day before everyone else arrives as I like to have a day’s rest before the adventure begins. I was picked up from the airport at 2am by a team member who drove me all the way to Najaf, and also gave me the card to my hotel room in the car so I don’t have to deal with the reception desk at all, that was so thoughtful and truly appreciated.
We had been sent an itinerary of the trip a week before, so when the rest of the group arrived the next day, everyone already knew each day’s plan, and therefore was able to know exactly when to rest and when to be ready for group outings.
In Najaf we stayed at a hotel right next to the shrine of Imam Ali (as) called Jar Al-Amer, so getting up to go pray fajr at the shrine was super easy and an advice I’d give everyone visiting, the atmosphere is indescribable, absolutely fascinating, not to be missed.
Alhamdillah we were able to do a quick night’s trip to Karbala for 15th Sha’baan. The atmosphere there reminded me of Arbaeen, but with happy vibes all over the city. Felt remarkably lucky to have had the opportunity to be in Karbala the night 124,000 prophets visit Imam Hussain (as).
A couple of days later we went to stay in Karbala and the hotel chosen for us was the best one in the city. It’s called Royal Karbala Hotel (google it if you don’t believe me). The bed was so comfy, it made it difficult to get out off. It also had a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, mornings were for women and afternoons were for men. The hotel also has 24/7 luxury shuttle cars to take and pick you up from the Harem, therefore going for fajr prayers there is always super convenient.
Both hotels had extravagant buffets and the only downside is you’ll gain weight having breakfast, lunch and dinner, as the options are endless.
The group also took us on a night’s trip to Kadhamiya and Samarra. They booked a remarkable first-class coach with the most comfiest reclining seats so everyone was able to take naps as the drive took a few hours.
Everyday we had congregational prayer and a short reflection lecture afterwards.
A special thanks and admiration to Sheikh Mohammed Khani, who is always on hand to answer questions even when he’s off duty, and gives truly magnificent beneficial lectures throughout the day. Also a special thank you to Sayed Mohammed Safieddine who joined us from Lebanon to recite all the Duas and Ziyaraat with his incredible voice mashallah.
And last but not least, a remarkable appreciation to all the team members for their constant strive to make every single group member feel at home and have all their needs met asap, no matter the time of day or night. At times some people can feel frustrated and difficult to deal with, but the team upholds the upmost respect and patience, with true professionalism and sophistication.
The only negativity was that the days went by so quick, wish the trip was a month long instead! Nevertheless, met wonderful people in the group who will definitely be friends for life.
We were also all given beautiful meaningful gifts to take home with us, as a reminder to the magnificent journey we had together.
Now back in London and counting down the days till my next adventure with Awaited Travels, see you soon inshallah.

We travelled with Awaited for a ziyara trip which was initially supposed to be for Iran, due to the circumstances it was changed to Iraq. Considering the switch was very last minute, the team made the trip exceptional, with every small detail thought out and organised. Everyone was taken care of and we really did feel like a family. Although I have been to ziyara before with other groups, Awaited truly provides a different, more personal and intentional ziyara experience. I went on the Arbaeen trip with Awaited travels in 2025 and what an experience I had. From the moment I arrived the team were extremely accommodating and welcoming, nothing was ever too much of an ask.

Awaited travels after 2 trips have fully lived up to and exceeded our expectations.
My adult daughter first chose Awaited because of Sheikh Khani whose lectures/majlises she had really enjoyed when he was invited to Manchester, UK.

Our first trip with Awaited was Ziarat to Iran, then Arbaeen in Iraq. Sh. Khani lived up to and surpassed our expectations. Sh. Ali Safdari and Sh. Khani delivered short succinct lectures on very relevant topics and were very open and encouraged questions.

Br Ali Al Hadi, Sr Alissar and Sr Nada were courteous, helpful, friendly throughout from initial contact through unforeseen external challenges (flight delays) to the end of the trip.
Br. Ali’s parents, wife and children all contributed to making the trip so enjoyable.
They also attract the best people to join the Ziarat. No drama, no petty disagreements, not to say there were no challenges just they were all dealt with calmly and ensued positive outcomes for everyone.
