If I could give negative 5 I would

If I could give negative 5 I would. Product is cheaply packaged and not good quality and customer service is abhorrent. This is their FAQ on returns/refunds: We offer a 30-day guarantee on every order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us with your order number and we'll process your refund. No lengthy forms, no hoops, no questions you don't want to answer. Except when you do they try to get you to try another product. And then offer 2 options, neither of which refunds you your purchase price. (Send back you pay for shipping and they keep $5.95 or keep and and they’ll refund you $10 less than what was paid - I see in the comments that they claim this r the case but I assure you, it is). Thankfully when I disputed this charge with my lender it was refunded immediately which makes me think this is not unusual for this company and sounds kind of scammy to me.

I ordered two bottles of the brow-fection. Both boxes were smashed, protected only by a thin plastic bag. Both bottles appear to be empty. How do I get a refund or replacement?

They are so great to work with

They are so great to work with! They get back to you right away and are so understanding. I love the wand! It looks so natural on my thinning almost invisible brows. I have brows again!

Brow wand

I’ve been using the brow wand for a few weeks now and love it! It goes on easily and doesn’t look fake. The brush on the wand blend the color nicely with my existing brows. Highly recommend!!

I love my Awaken brow wand

I love my Awaken brow wand! It is so easy to use and it lasts a long time. I have been using the same wand now for over four months. Does your current pen do that? I bet not. Also, their support team is great! Always available and ready to assist.

Great product

Great product! It several tries to get the hang of applying it; you need a light touch and going back over your brows with a dry brush immediately afterward helps a lot. I like the result; I have very sparse brows.

What you are describing sounds like the formula may have settled during shipping, which can make it feel thin or watery on first use. Giving the container a good shake and pressing the brush tip vertically into the sponge a few times before use draws the product back up to the surface and makes a significant difference. One of the bottles was empty

One of the bottles was empty. The brush on the 2nd bottle was weird and flat and didn't apply as shown in the instagram videos. Requested a refund and they did eventually process a refund and sent a replacement as well. Good customer service, just not sure it's the right product for me.

Very disappointed

I have tried repeatedly to get a response from you. I received the eyebrow wands and serum. I am not pleased with them, they are too dark even when applied sparingly and I purchased the lightest shade. I also do not see any benefit from the serum. I would like to return them and get a refund. Since I have not heard back from you, I have filed a dispute for the charge with my credit card company.

The package was smashed

The package was smashed, it was just in a plastic bag, I don't know if someone stepped on it, or put a heavy package on top. I was disappointed!

I cannot explain how disappointed I was…

I cannot explain how disappointed I was when this product came in. I ordered two of them, not know the color I need it and they will draw the next day both of them then I found you can buy the same stuff on Temu for 5.99 same brand same everything I want my money back and they said they had to keep $10 of it for a stocking fee. Their website said there is no stocking fee. The stuff is terrible. Want to try it for less than 20 something dollars order it from Temu and I guarantee you you will have the same result everybody else else’s had.

Doesn’t work as shown

Doesn’t work as shown. There are no hair like strokes. Just comes out looking filled like using a pencil or powder. It also doesn’t apply much product when you put it back in the bottle.

Your product did not cover my eyebrows…

Your product did not cover my eyebrows (they are almost gone). I'm very disappointed. I tried it again and it worked much better. I will most likely order again.

The product in no way resembles the brow applicator in the adtor

The product does not look like the example in the ad. It does not apply easily and the brow color does not flow evenly. I commented about my concerns and it was
suggested that I try and trim the bush shape of the brow applicator....the appeal of the product was the clearly individual brush tips. Not a functional tool.
