I never received my order!!!! I was notified by email on Sept 27 that my ordered had been delivered to my garage, my back door or another location on the property. Well I looked all over my property & found nothing. The email did not list the address my package was delivered to or what delivery service was used. I’ve tried to contact Awarenessthreads & I was notified by email that it wasn’t delivered. I sent an email to your website that initially thanked me for my order. No answer from them either. I am extremely annoyed with this company. I just want the shirts I ordered! Your company deducted the money from my bank account! Any information or help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

The shirts are beautiful but they run a little small. I ordered a 3x and it fits like a 2x.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Awarenessthreads on September 3rd, 2026 for October Breast Cancer awareness Month for my daughter, who has breast cancer. As of today October 5, 2026 I still have not received my order. I have contacted the business several times, and all they say is it has been shipped. I will never order from this company again. I am so very disappointed! They are not a very reputable company in my opinion.

I would give them no stars because I believe this company is a scam. I ordered a cardigan that was sent to a random address in Miami, FL and I live in Michigan. I double checked my shipping information on the order confirmation everything was correct. When I followed the tracking number the product came from China and was delivered in FL. I contacted the company via email because the phone number was international charges. The company’s response was that I should contact the post office and request a delivery error certificate. I called the United States post office and the post office said it was not a delivery error. They delivered the package to the address on the shipping label. I contacted the VortexMshop back and received no response or refund. Do not purchase anything from this company.

This company does not operate in the United States as they advertised. My shirts came from Hungary and took forever to arrive. I doubt they were made by breast cancer survivors or that they send any money to them. As advertised. The quality is cheap. The zipper is difficult to use and the ribbon symbol is not clear on the arms of the hoodie. The waffle design shirt is so thin you can see through it. Very disappointed.

Like others, I’d give it a zero. I have never received my order—One and a half months later. Like another review, it SAYS on the tracking it was picked up at the post office in a city over an hour from my home. I definitely did not pick it up. My emails to their support email have gone unanswered. I am filing claims with PayPal and next with the post office. Don’t fall for this scam. It is shipped from overseas.

UPDATE ** I went to the post office with the tracking number that Awarenessthreads provided - and it was sent to an address that doesn't exist - no where near my address. **
I placed the order on 9-6-26 and was never able to contact a "live" representative to discuss shipping. After I initiated an email on the 28th, I was told that the shipment was returned to my "local post office" because the address was incorrect. Their website chose my mailing address based on what the USPS website called for. Could not be incorrect, right? Turns out - it was returned to the other side of California - about 500 miles away from me. The email I received from them said the items would not be returned to them, but they can send the items again "but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee" I will NEVER buy from them again. And shame on them for using breast cancer as an advertisement for their products. For those of us affected by breast cancer, it's sickening. They are taking advantage and not giving part to breast cancer awareness.
Ultimately, it's my own fault for buying something off of Social Media

I really thought it was embroidered and it was not. The pictures did not tell exactly what I was getting so I was disappointed.

Love the bright pink jacket. The shirts are ok. They just sorta hang on me with no true fit.
I wonder about the material. CanI wash it in the washing machine and dry the items in the dryer. What is the material made of. Will it shrink or wrinkl? How do I properly care for the items?
The shipping time was longer than I expected, but I appreciate the tracking notifications

I received my order today, but only 1 shirt was included in the package. My order confirmation shows that I purchased 3 shirts.

Could you please check the status of the other 2 shirts and let me know whether they were shipped separately or if there was an error with my order?

The quality of the shirt is nice but size is too small. I ordered a size up from my usual size and it is still too snug.

If I could I would give a 0. They are NOT in the USA (Texas), the items are NOT handmade (cheap, made in China) and they are NOT giving any money to charity. I thought I was doing something good. I will get my money back from the credit card, but it seems that FB is unwilling to shut them down. I got taken because I went from FB and found a website on line. I should have looked HERE first. : (

I still have no idea when the rest of the order is going to arrive!

The tracking says it was delivered to Texas. I live in Maine, where the heck is my package?

I only received 1 out of 3 items after 5 weeks. Very slow delivery. The quality of the tshirt I received is very poor. It is thin and short. I am hopeful that the other two items will be here soon and of a better quality

I purchased the sweater thing that was advertised.... and for what I paid for it ... it is if poor quality

Colors are far less vibrant than pictured. Not worth the price.

Ordering was easy. Received my shirt and for 4xl it runs small.

Good order status communication all along the way. Love the top! Very cute!
