I’ve purchased several pieces of jewellery from Awe Inspired and have loved them all. I’ve probably spent a few thousand pounds in total. I’ve not had any issues with tarnishing but I would say that a lot of my pieces were bought between 2020 - 2023/24, so I can’t speak to their later quality. I loved that you used to get points towards your purchases. That was a much better system than this new membership programme that they have. I have seen some negative reviews on here where people complain about being enrolled in the membership without their knowledge. I don’t think that’s fair at all as it is obvious (or at least it was the last time I checked) as they list two prices for the item before you checkout and you can choose if you want the membership price or not. So I think it’s a bit disingenuous for people to blame the company when they clearly weren’t paying attention when they ordered.

Saying all that, I am quite disappointed in how expensive their jewellery has become. The prices are a bit mad considering you are not paying for real gold or sterling silver. I don’t think I’ve purchased from them much the last few years because of this. The price for one pendant can be over £200 which is just crazy. It’s a shame too because I would have kept purchasing from them if their price point was better and they went back to their old points system. They’ve updated their real life goddesses pendants and there are a few I really want to purchase. I think they may have lost the ethos they had when they started their company so it doesn’t feel the same ordering from them. I really hate all influencer stuff they are doing as it cheapens the brand.

I love the earrings and necklace I purchased. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I definitely have my eye on other items.

I own a lot of pieces and I love each one. Unfortunately, as others noted, the prices are increasing and I don’t feel the vermeil warrants such high costs. I now only purchase when there’s a sale or I get a coupon.

My most recent purchase was a zodiac goddess coin necklace and the zodiac pave charm separately. The additional charm did not fit on the chain that came with the necklace so I contacted customer service. It took a couple days, but they responded and exchanged the chain after I sent photos. Luckily, the allowed me to keep both pendants and send back only the chain. I was worried that the wonky jump ring on the original chain would be on the replacement chain, but thankfully it was not and both charms fit perfectly on the replacement chain. The processing of the replacement shipment took more time than I would have liked; it didn’t get sent out until I sent a second follow up email. Luckily I had made the purchase plenty of time in advance of my friend’s birthday so I did receive it in enough time to give it to her on her bday. I think the “purchase protection” add on is kind of a scam considering I removed that from my cart before making my purchase and then they didn’t even mention it when I reached out to exchange the chain.

Every piece of Awe Jewelry that I own is a gorgeous high quality piece of art. I've collected a lot of pieces over the years and I'm happy with every single purchase. Customer service is top notch and I always get a quick reply to any questions I've had.

AweInspired is by far my favorite place to get unique and meaningful jewelry. There are always new drops and such lovely pieces. Shipping can be slower, but it is a smaller company so that's to be expected. I've had great experiences with customer service whenever I've needed to contact them.

I have had wonderful experiences with Aweinspired jewelry. The quality is top notch, pieces are artistic, unique & symbolic. I’ve built a collection of meaningful jewelry for both everyday wear & work. If I have had an issue, the customer support team immediately took care of it & made things right. I really like the products and their meanings, but they are increasingly expensive. Unless there's a decent sale, I will not be able to afford these products; they are luxuries. (Some products are a little too radical, i.e. the new IUD necklace-its a practical and empowering product, but not to adorn my neck). My number one critique is how unaffordable the brand is becoming. That's unfortunate because I own over 20 different necklaces by Awe.

There products are great and they are always coming out with new designs. Plus, they frequently have sales. And if you are a goddess member, you always get a discount and free shipping.

I have ordered many items from awe and all of them come in beautifully. They come in perfectly packaged, fast timing, and usually perfect condition. If there is something wrong with the item they are always helpful. The ring I got is beautiful, the chain is everything I expected. Will order again from here.

I have been a devoted Awe customer/collector for a few years now. I usually have a great experience purchasing from the company and dealing with any delays. Their communication is always open and it's easy to get connected to customer service directly, if it's ever needed.

Company sent an item I didn’t order. It happens, nbd. So I email. They tell me I have 14 days to return the wrong item. No mention of sending what I actually ordered, just a vague threat. Mmkay, go click through their linked return process IT WONT LET ME BECAUSE ITS FINAL SALE. This company is so shady, take forever to get back to you, don’t own their mistakes and I’m just holding onto a very cheap and ugly necklace I didn’t order

As stated by others, they sneak a 40/month subscription into any purchase and it's unclear during the process you are signing up.

Do not buy from them. I'm demanding a refund, but will not update my review accordingly. This type of marketing is disturbing. They should be shut down. 0/10 cheap jewelry.

I’ve ordered thousands of dollars’ worth of jewelry from Awe Inspired and was an early adopter of their Goddess Circle membership. I want to start by saying that the designs are beautiful, and the pieces I’ve received over time have generally been good quality.

However, over the past few months, I’ve experienced multiple issues that raise concerns about the company’s customer service and ability to scale as the brand grows.

A recent order included a pendant that arrived damaged. While the claim was eventually approved, it took multiple follow-ups to receive a return label. The process was unclear, and the online claim portal used to retrieve the label was not communicated in advance and did not function properly when accessed. I have since returned the damaged item, but I am still waiting to receive the replacement. I did receive a shipment notification; however, the tracking number provided corresponded to a different order that I had already received and did not include the replacement piece.

In another case, an item from an order was shipped separately but arrived without any prior shipping or tracking notification. I am also currently waiting on an additional piece that was omitted from my most recent shipment totaling over $800, with no updated tracking information provided. This further adds to the concern around order fulfillment and consistency.

Communication overall has been inconsistent, and customer service responses are unsigned and impersonal, which feels out of step with the brand’s positioning and price point.

As a Goddess Circle member, I like the concept, but the benefits currently feel limited. It comes across more as paying in advance for future purchases rather than receiving enhanced service, communication, or a more elevated customer experience.

With recent price increases and the introduction of more upscale gemstone collections, I would expect a more robust and responsive customer service experience. That level of support would not only match the quality and positioning of the jewelry, but would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

I do hope the company addresses these issues, as the pieces themselves are meaningful and well-designed.

UPDATE : It is now the end of March a month and a half since my order and the notification that it was damaged. I am still waiting on missing pieces I've paid for, and I still continue to be charged for my membership which at this point is worthless given the complete lack of customer service!
