I ordered a specific red mug with a design for Christmas and they mailed me a plain me a plain white mug. Their customer service number is taking calls and the only way to communicate is through email, which I did. I hope they send me the correct mug I ordered. I'll NEVER use this company again.

Terrible company! Awful customer service. Do not do business with them! You cannot speak with a person - you must complain by email. They sent 2 of the exact same shirts, blamed their mistake on me, and wrote an extremely rude email telling me this. They said that, in the future, I should be more careful when I ordered online - that way, maybe I would not make mistakes.

My t-shirt arrived in a timely manner, however it was defective. Black in on it, from probably folding it before the transfer was dry. I can't wear it looking like this. I have filed a claim. We'll see what happens. I should also mention that the material is scratchy and looks cheap. Wouldn't buy from this company again.

Everything about my purchase was fine. I understand long processing times, because of personalization. My beef is a foreign processing fee on my credit card. This company is in Texas, but its online business is registered as a foreign company. If I had known this, I would have shopped elsewhere.

The shirt was supposed to ship within a few days after the order was placed according to the shipping policy listed on the website, it didn't ship for almost three weeks. Shipping wasn't fast, took over week but that would have been ok. Ordered this shirt about ten days before we needed it for an event, needless to say it was about three week too late. Quality of the screen print isn't great, kind of fuzzy and pixely, not great quality. Shirt also ran quite small, glad I sized up.

I was VERY nervous after ordering, then reading these reviews. It had been about 10 days and the status on their site said “order not found”. But then it arrived a few days later. To be fair, I order a Pride shirt in the middle of Pride month so I’m sure it was a hot item. Nonetheless, I felt compelled to write the review to settle some concerns. Took off one star because it’s not the softest fabric, but the design itself is great. And I’d say the sizing runs small.

Absolute scam, DO NOT ORDER from hem. Stole my money, no customer service support. They will purposely screw up your order and will not help you. Stole my money.

This is a scam site. It does not send you an order confirmation and you have no way to contact them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Placed an order with this company. If you do not copy down the confirmation order number when placing the order I did not get any other order info until I saw my bank account charged snd did not receive any merchandise. Contacted their support only by email because number on their website never gets answered. After notification the charge was in dispute I started to receive USPS tracking number which does not work until USPS receives the goods in their system. Finally received the merchandise which was good quality but way too much follow up on my part. After the goods were received I sent them a note stating my concerns about their confirmation process.
