Awgaming worst company

Bought a gaming pc bundle.first of all took ages to arrive then when it did was missing keyboard and mouse.set the pc up and was very slow and wouldn't download so sent a message to Carl at aw gaming with no reply this was at the beginning of January 2023.had to get a bloke from a local company to come sort it out.stay clear of this company they have no aftercare.

Great service

I bought a PC from AW gaming which was delivered today. I had an issue getting the monitor connected, so scheduled a call and they kindly helped me out and with the remainder of the set up. The PC itself looks and performs great so far!

Miss sold service and not working base

Miss sold service, computer won’t work, told to go through bank when asked for a refund or computer to be repaired.
Sold a computer that didn’t work, very difficult to speak to tech support, very difficult to arrange return to be fixed, once base was returned I was told it’s damaged and un fixable and I needed to be requoted for it to be fixed, his is a computer that has not been used and never worked on purchase, and has a 2 year guarantee, the company told me that claiming through courier is a long process and not always guaranteed and they wanted me to claim chargeback through the bank. Again a timely process, so now they have the base I bought they have blocked communication with me and refused to replace or refund, 100% miss sold a service and 100% bought damaged not working goods (that have no obvious damage visible)
The company sorted the courier to deliver the base to me and to return it for them to fix, they have the authority to claim through the courier but have chose not to. They even tried to put me off chargeback saying all goods need to be returned to them in correct condition for bank to refund, the goods were delivered unusable and returned in the same condition. Disgusted to be asked to pay more money to have it fixed when it has never worked. And disgusted to be told it’s damaged but left where they won’t do anything

Hello, Carl from awgaming. Not great news on this sadly 😞 we can either requote for a new case or a second user case to save some money but the system will need a rebuild as the damage can’t be repaired. Courier claims on these are timely and not always guaranteed due to packaging method. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here. Hope we can sort this out 🙏🏽

My son loves his PC

My son loves his PC. Looks great and seems to be running his games quickly (Fortnite, rocket league,etc). Good customer service on calling and I was reassured about the pre-Xmas delivery which arrived on time as promised. Early days but would use awgaming again.

I ordered my sons Christmas present…

I ordered my sons Christmas present console pc etc way to late. I went for AW gaming for 2 reasons 1 good reviews 2 as importantly they could deliver by the 28th December, not in time for Christmas but good enough for me and my son. They delivered on the 23rd of December. my son was made up. Couldn’t of asked for better. Everything works. 10 out of 10 all day long for AW gaming.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed - I bought a PC for my young sons xmas. It arrived a week late and missing all of the items I ordered.

I booted it up on xmas morning to find it had numerous hardware faults. Although I did get a reply via email the customer service is poor as is the tech support.

Currently trying to arrange a return which is proving difficult.

PC turned up with incorrect/…

PC turned up with incorrect/ incompatible leads connecting monitor to main power cable. After sales contact number just rings, encouraged to email so sent email and no response after 2 days. Granted its the lead up to Christmas but still disappointing service.

Searched for a good spec gaming computer at a reasonable price and purchased from AW Gaming. Best price for similar spec that I could find anywhere. Great service, great communication. Very very happy with purchase.

Pc would not boot

Pc arrived in perfect cosmetic condition but would not boot up at all. Tech support could not fix problem over the phone so had to send it back. Received pc back over a week later missing all cables, keyboard, mouse, dongle and Instructions

I'm sorry to see that you have had a negative experience in this case. We had faced some challenges with couriers not taking care of our parcels so we have made the following changes;

- Our systems are now shipped with void fill inside of the PC case, applying pressure to the RAM and GPU, to stop these components from popping out when thrown in transit
- We have increased the volume of packaging in the box
- We have partnered with a new courier (DPD) using only the premium service with maximum insurance, our old courier has received a letter of complaint along with the parcel number for every package that has been damaged in transit.

Regarding any missing components you sent us with your RMA, we advise any customer sending in an RMA not to send accessories as we do not keep an inventory of sent items. This is understandable considering that the accessories were not causing any fault. We sent you the components via DPD again free of charge.

As sad as it is to see your negative review I do hope that you are happy with the system now. You have us for 2 years in any case, as we are not just here for the transaction.

Ordered the D4 gaming bundle

Ordered the D4 gaming bundle. Arrived on time, well packaged and all in working order. Not tried for gaming yet as is my sons Xmas gift. Took a while for a email response, but as I understand was in the process of moving premises. Will be ordering a second bundle for my other son.

Phantom Bundle

I cannot fault the sevice I have received so far from AW Gaming. I was very impressed with the way I was kept informed at all times. When it arrived I thought that the packaging was excellent.
On unpackaging everything was just as described and I had no issues when I installed drivers and installed all updates. This is an Xmas present for my son who will be blown away. Obviously I have not played any games on here yet but I trust that everything will be just fine. Thanks again for all your help and assistance and for a great product at a great price👍🏻

I purchased a laptop sometime in June…

I purchased a laptop sometime in June this year there was a fault on product when we tried to set it up.
We are still in October trying to resolve this,I've sent a number of emails back to awgaming and to carl who I presume is management or owner we have had no reply for weeks

A solid build PC

I was getting a little anxious as the PC was a little late in dispatching due to warehouse issues however that was soon rectified by a quick email and it arrived the next day. Can't fault the build one bit as it's solid and works perfectly with everything pre-installed, even a unexpected processor upgrade to handle the GTX1060 which is much appreciated. Many Thanks.
