customer support is excellent I love to recommend to all my friends

The LTV-3500 projector is next level in picture quality. We did option for the ALR cinematic screen so the room has to be fairly dim for a quality picture. It should be noted we had an issue with our first screen not fitting the aluminum frame. The screen itself wasn't parallel and narrowed to one end making it impossible to assemble the final aluminum frame running around the edges, nylon rods run the perimeter of the screen to latch spring hooks. AWOL replaced the screen free of charge in approx 2 weeks. Please note customer service is overseas so messages will come in the evening but they're very helpful and understanding. The new screen fit absolutely perfect.

I have been loving my AWOL Vision LTV3000 Pro now for 15 months bought it with a 100inch floor rising screen a match made in heaven, recently had an issue with the projector so contacted customer service and had an email straight back with help and advice on problem the issue was resolved and a replacement unit was sent to me within 5 days which was astonishing service, knowing that the back up service and helpful assistance is their after sales, is assuring, and I am very glad I made the right choice to become part of the awol family it was a pleasure to talk with the warm and friendly team at Awol thank you very much mr k thomas.

I love my AWOL Home Theater system!!! I have the 120" ALR floor rising projector screen. The 2500 4k projector and Thunderbeat wireless speakers. Even when i bought the Thunderbeat system and missed the $300 discount, I reached out to their customer support and they provided me with an opportunity to receive it post purchase.

Super Service beim Kundendienst, Probleme werden schnell gelöst. Hatte beim AWOL Vision LTV-3500 Pro einen Pixel Fehler. Das Gerät wurde innerhalb einer Woche getauscht, besser geht es nicht !

I had a problem configuring the screen, and as a result, some damage was caused. The AWOL team were highly professional and could ship out a replacement quickly. The difference between an ordinary and extraordinary company is how they deal with mistakes and problems. AWOL are an exceptional company.
