656 Khalifah ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really impressed with the 656 Khalifah. The scent smells amazing and lasts for hours, and it’s surprisingly close to Ombre Nomade. For the price, the quality is genuinely hard to fault. Great value for money and definitely one I’ll be ordering again. 5 Stars by me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most terrible experience
The most terrible experience.
I paid for delivery. Their courier delivered god knows where. The images did not reflect any of the homes on my road, even if they claim they delivered to a neighbour (which they didn’t claim).
I complained. They said I can get a refund or replacement. I said I would like a replacement but with an expedited delivery service - given I’d already paid for a delivery service to deliver within 3-5 days so the standard shipping for this replacement would fall out of this time. They refused.
Customer acquisition is really important. Paying the extra £1 for the expedited delivery would have cost them very little but they would have acquired a customer. They’ve now lost my business and my influential word of mouth and reviews.

Hi Yaz,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We're truly sorry to hear your parcel was delivered to an unknown location, that the courier's delivery photo didn't match any property on your road, and that the resolution offered — specifically our refusal to provide expedited delivery on your replacement — left you feeling let down.
That isn't the experience we want for any customer, and we understand why this feels inadequate given your original delivery terms.
Please reach out to Sabrina directly so we can revisit this properly.
