Ordered I October last Yr tracking confirmation said at destination uk sorting office I then checked 2 days later and said delivered with it hadn't been been waiting for refund since end of November if I could give 0 stars I would company is a scam

I paid for 6 things and didn’t get any of them or my money back

I ordered 2 jackets paid for and said they were delivered but order never was delivered said they delivered to my house mail box but I live in town and no rural mail box so its all just a big scam to steal from people they need to be held responsible and pay our money back

Ordered 1 item under $20. Was given the order # + tracking #. Supposedly in shipping container on the StarHart out f China. Shipping container was transferred to port awaiting final ship to destination country, New tracking # with Fedex. Store closed for "SPRING FESTIVAL", reopening after holiday."Fedex" says order will be delivered as per usual. No answer,No parcel!!!

If there is a zero review choice that’s how I’d review Axe and Horn! I’m so upset! Ordered items way in time to receive items for Super Bowl 2026! AND paid express postage! It’s February 21, 2026 and not only am I going back and forth with them but the store closed! The day after Super Bowl! Obviously they got a lot of people for their money! THEN when I asked where my order was that the tracking company they used told me there’s no order to track with the tracking number they gave me! Pure scam! My question-is anybody considering a class action? Lmk I’ll join

This company Axe and Horn are by far the worst clothing company that the world has to offer.
I ordered my items of clothing around last August 2025.
They did not arrive on time, i then recieved an email stating it was delivered by the courier. I checked my house cameras to see that there was no delivery that day.
I had emailed axe and horn to find out where my items were, they replied saying ask my neighbours, and that they will track the package. They emailed again saying the packages were found and they are on its way. 2 weeks ago was the last i heard from them. Its now February 2026.
No replies, No packages, Loss of money amd patience.

Phishing scam the photos on website are stolen from other companies or AI images. They have no clothing companies just online scams. Still fighting with my banking to get the money 💰 back only under $50 but still... I want my money back after I really wanted those clothes

Jag är så himla arg på axe and horn förutom att dom skrivit att ett av 3 paket är levererat den 6 feb vilket inte stämmer det går inte ner i brevlådan. Och jag saknar fortfarande 2 paket vilket det sista var en ganska stor beställning. Och nu har dom stängt ner sidan. Axeandhorn är nedstängd tills ägaren öppnar den igen.
Sidan såg ut som vilken sida som helst när man gjorde sina beställningar. Och nu är dom bara borta.
Handla aldrig där. Scam från början till slut.
Jag har upprepade gånger frågat var mina paket är och dom har då svarat att det är i transit och att dom har så mkt paket . Be patient ….
Jag e så himla arg. Sista stora ordern var på ganska mycket pengar……

Placed 2 orders in January 2025 and when checking the tracking numbers the store is mysteriously closed, please avoid. I will be getting in touch with my bank so they can issue refunds

My order never arrived. Tracking system shows it arrived in local facility. And now the store is mysteriously closed.

I'm seriously unimpressed. I placed an order for four garments on the 15th January. Two of which were for a birthday present - birthday long gone now and I'm very upset about that.
Up until yesterday - 9th February - the tracking system showed that it had ultimately arrived at a local distribution centre and so I was waiting for it expectantly.
Today, I went back onto the tracking system to find that that website was closed awaiting for it to be reopened. I came onto Trustpilot - which I should have done before I ordered (but hindsight's a wonderful thing isn't it?) where I find that nobody who has ordered has obtained their purchases.

A scam pure and simple.

I made an order on January 4th in the amt of 57.17. they notified me it was "shipped" even gave me a tracking # to follow it. Delivery date was Jan 27th and it was on the tracking page that it was indeed delivered to me at my mailbox. However, I was home that day and guess what NO PACKAGE! I was told by someone supposedly from their company that I would be compensated for what I lost. I have emailed them and no reply. Don't buy from them, I learned my lesson! I filed a dispute to get my money back and the dispute was closed so I'm out of the money I paid for that scam order!
