Ordered shoe that took a very long time to get here. They were way too big but also nothing like the picture of the product. I asked for instructions on how to return them. They do NOT have free returns or any returns that I can tell. After repeated requests to return them, they offered to let me keep the shoes and get a 10% refund. They never offered to take them back and give me a full refund. So I get $5 and a pair of shoes I can’t use and probably no one would want. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Terrible product for price plus took 2+ weeks to receive… returning these $1 store, cheap sole, no arch support, overstretched elastic “best shoe for nurses” from china via Germany and hoping they don’t charge me $40 for returning…

Do not order from this company. To prove that they're fake, try calling their phone number listed on the site. Their products are terrible and to return a product is very expensive.

I ordered a jacket, described as "genuine leather." Cost, $69. Waited two weeks for it to be shipped from China, only to get a thin PU (polyurethane) fake leather garment. A plastic coat worth, at best, $25. I have complained to their support, but do not hold out hope. Don't trust them.

Do NOT order from this fraud online company. The website has false advertising. We have been trying to return a shirt that is way too small and we have been ghosted. They false advertise easy returns. Their sizes aren’t accurate, the quality is poor. Their customer service is nonexistent and the telephone number they advertise is not working. Do your homework, look at their Instagram and see who their followers are . That should tell you something. We are working with our credit card company to do something about getting a refund. Lessons learned again do not order from this company.

I have been trying to return a shirt for days. You have to get their permission to return something and they keep saying they can't find the order now they want pictures of the items I want to return to verify they are still in the original packaging. I have emailed them 14 times and still no instructions on how to initiate a return.
