This company has refused to give me a refund even though the item is terrible and faulty. Cost nearly £100 looked like it cost £2 to make ….frayed edges etc do not buy from these people !!

My order was placed middle of January
My order was placed middle of January. I received an email about a week stating there was a delay in one of the items and asked if my preference was to wait a week for all items placed to be shipped together. I elected to wait. It is March 6 and despite my having reached out to ask that my order be canceled, I have not received a call, email, or text. I was assured that they would attend to the order and follow up with me and yet I am still waiting... I am definitely not impressed with the service and at this point truly hope that I will love the outfits.
