No commitment on delivery date at all
No commitment on delivery date at all. Only a general "4-5 days" statement. This is unacceptable as the customer is buying medicines and not groceries, etc. I am disappointed that the medicines ordered by me have not been delivered even after 7 days. No option but to wait for you to deliver them at your sweet time. Will avoid ordering with you in future.
