I needed to transport a couple of…
I needed to transport a couple of awkwardly shaped items that I had sold on ebay, went on a few apps, not really a personal service. I needed someone who would be reliable to deliver within a specific window and with care to my recipient.
I reached out to AYZ, I was asked all the right questions, which gave me confidence. The communication was fast and professional, most importantly I felt my needs were listened too.
Got it booked for a few days later. I received a message the day before as a reminder and turned up on the day a few minutes early with gloves, mask and all the right gear to load my items securely.
Both I and the recipient were kept up dated on the eta. Items arrived within the agreed window and pictures shared for confirmation.
The van was clean in and out and seemed properly prepared on the best route to take.
Would definitely recommend and use again, you don't often meet people who just make things like this so seemless and a delight to deal with!

Efficient and great service
Needed to deliver a brand new Smeg Oven across London and I got in touch with Adrian. He was very professional wearing gloves and having the right equipment to move the oven and put it into his van. Very efficient with accurate ETAs when arriving himself and when delivering the items. I also received photo when my items were dropped and with the third party.
