I recently booked a trip to Turkey for my parents, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, Azure (Amin) went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

He ensured that all the travel documents, confirmations, and emails were sent promptly and accurately, making the entire process completely stress-free. When I had trouble checking my parents in online, Azure stepped in without hesitation and sorted everything out for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

His customer service was outstanding—always friendly, professional, incredibly responsive, and quick to help with any questions or requests. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers' experience, and Azure exceeded all expectations.

Most importantly, my parents had an amazing time in Turkey, and knowing everything had been organised so efficiently gave me complete peace of mind.

I had an excellent experience with Azure Travel and genuinely can’t recommend brother Mohammed Lambat highly enough.
From the very start, his communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. I went back and forth quite a lot over a few weeks—asking for different dates, comparing hotels, and exploring various ideas—and he was consistently patient, professional, and attentive throughout.
What really stood out to me was the effort he put into finding the best possible deals. I compared his quotes with prices online and even checked with a few other travel agents, but his prices were always the most competitive without compromising on quality.
He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and tailored everything accordingly, which made the whole process feel very personal rather than transactional.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go ahead with the trip in the end due to unforeseen circumstances, but despite that, I truly appreciate all the time and care he invested.

I Booked a 10 day trip to Turkey for my elderly parents , the package was delivered exactly as I asked for, the service and response times where super efficient. I was kept upto date through out the whole process from my parents boarding passes which was done online by Azure to the flight being delayed and Azure Travel notified the transfer driver on the otherwise to ensure my parents were still collected from the airport.

The package price was fairly decent to what I was getting online and Azure delivered a competitive price.

I would highly recommend them and will defo be using them again in the future , it’s very rare now a days to find small independant travel agents that aren’t hungry for a commission only but actually do value their customers and go above and beyond! thank you !
