I had an emergency tooth extracted. The appointment was scheduled the following day. The procedure was painless. I had very minimal pain following the extraction.

To start there was a little confusion with the dates, they were closed for a training day.
But many thanks to Becca the practice Manager, rather than sending me home she managed to make all the arrangements for Dan the owner, to come over and have the full consultation with me.
Dan took me through the full process of checking my teeth over, doing x-rays and taking photo's, then they were all placed on the large screen in front me so that Dan could not only show me everything, but he also took the time to go into great detail about what could be done to fully restore my teeth and to finally put a smile on my face.
Dan started by explaining the very basics of the work I initially needed doing and then worked his way up the various stages of work in order to fully restore the entirety of my teeth to not only give me my confidence back, but to also ease the fear I have of Dentists in general.
A big thanks to Dan and the team for doing my assessment and I look forward to going back very soon to start having the work done.

Called into the Formby branch today seeking info about dental implants.
Wanting costs etc. A woman stood in a doorway and kept relating my question to someone sitting behind a wall . I couldn't see her. Not very professional
I was told I'd have to pay for a consultation? Yet on your website it states clearly first consultation free?
I asked what it would cost for full mouth implants. Was told I'd have to havevthe consumption first before you give a price. Yet on your website there's a list of costs? With these vague answers and a receptionist who couldn't get up off her arse to talk to a potential customer,I don't think I'll bother with Azure.

I recently visited Azure Dental for a cosmetic surgery. From day one and throughout the process I was treated with respect and professionalism which made me feel I was in caring hands. Dr Verity Hill did an excellent job with my implants and I am thankful to her and all the staff in the Practice for the pleasant experience. Do I recommend them? Absolutely!!!

I have been with the practice a number of years now and would never go anywhere else. Dan and his team are fantastic, friendly and professional and always offer outstanding care. I also see Rebecca their Dental Hygienist regularly as she does a fantastic job of helping me maintain good oral health between dental check up. Highly recommended.

Following bad experiences as a child it was 30+ years since I had been to a dentist. Dan was so understanding and kind. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything and painlessly removed a broken tooth on the 3rd April. Thank you to every member of your team. I would definitely recommend Azure.

DENTIST INCOMPETENT and CARELESS. I had a female dentist who practices at the surgery a few days a week. If you have her RUN! I went in for a basic check up and was told I needed a minor filling.... The lamp was broken but this didn't seem to bother her and she started drilling despite the lack of any light. Once I had a giant hole in my tooth she proceeded to ask the junior assistant what product to use and was unsure which products could be used together and if they needed to be dried and/or how to dry them as she was new to the clinic and unfamiliar with products !!!! I was horrified and helpless but at this point there was nothing I could do but pray she got it right. As you can probably guess she didn't. My now previously fine tooth is in agony has given me months of pain, and I require a root canal, I belive she drilled into my nerve when reckless drilling with no lighting. She was the definition of winging it that day and she knew. I wanted the report so I asked the receptionist prior to leaving and she had not filled out the form stating the frankinstein job that she did, no that part was left out the weird combination of multiple products and mesh?! That she put on my tooth she failed to mention. It is a shame as it use to be the best dentist.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience here! From the very start, the team has been nothing short of amazing, making my braces journey smooth and comfortable. Dan, my dentist, has been fantastic every step of the way, guiding me through the process with care and professionalism.

The entire team is welcoming, always ready with a smile, and goes above and beyond to make each visit enjoyable. I’m nearly at the end of my treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’m already seeing.

I came to Azure after a poor experience at a previous dentist where my teeth were still left crooked with gaps after braces.

I saw Danielle at Azure and she was amazing! She understood I’d had a bad experience and that I was nervous about going through the process again and spending more money but she put my mind right at ease by asking me to talk through every part of my teeth that I wasn’t happy with. I had an ICE brace fitted again, teeth whitening and finished with composite bonding on my front two teeth.

Danielle was so friendly and always put me at ease. I actually really looked forward to my appointments. She took photographs at various points and explained everything she was doing. I felt like I could ask any question. When it came to the bonding she talked through everything and constantly checked I was happy before finally letting me go with my lovely new teeth!

The whole team were great and so flexible with appointment times. I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic had my braces off today, made up with my results! I can’t thank Danielle enough, she’s gone above and beyond to help get my desired results, wasn’t pushy or forceful with adding treatments on like other dentists I’ve been to! Absolutely made up thank you so much!

I paid £50 for a consultation to check my suitability for some cosmetic work. A plan was put together for just over £7k amount of work. I rang a week or so later to make full payment. I was told no one was available to take my call. But someone would ring me back shortly. That was the last I heard from them. I can only assume they didn't want me £7000+!! I've since gone to another private dentist. Fantastic service at over £1000 less.

I made an emergency appointment due to possible tooth infection, I was treated very well by the receptionist who was very knowledgeable and understanding.

Same day I saw Dr Ben who instantly put me at ease and calmly inspected my mouth and dental needs. I had x-rays followed by numbing and tooth extraction, I didn’t feel a thing. I received treatment for my infection and left feeling positive about my experience and future dental needs. I highly recommend and will definitely go back to Dr Ben for my dental smile improvements. Feeling thankful that my severe pain has gone.
