This company is despicable
This company is despicable! Their contact line goes straight on hold where they probably make money out of that as well and their contact details on the initial PNC letter is that of a debt collection centre! I paid through their automated phone line and went on holiday having only received the letter with 4 days to pay! I was incorrectly parked which is not the issue, these things happen so paid the £60 initial payment through the automated phone line believing it to be paid. However, I came home to a £170 fine saying no payment. I have been a school teacher for over 30years, have an outstanding credit rating, without a right to reply or a common sense approach. The customer support at ZZPS were vile, no other word for it. I fear for the elderly or those with learning needs. I have taken the hit but will be spreading the word about these despicable people and have send a letter into Martin Lewis and the BBC rouge traders as I genuinely fear for those who are more vulnerable in society! I am sure they sleep soundly at night but not sure how!
Unhappy delivery company owner - avoid Azure Parking blocks
I own a delivery company and we delivered furniture to 28 Rosemount Avenue, West Byfleet, KT14 6LB. I've now received a parking fine PCN for £60 if paid within 14 days which is more than the amount paid for us to make the delivery from Esher + deliver to the 2nd floor. Easy money for you Azure Parking but we're never delivering to this block again plus spreading the news to other delivery companies. Avoid delivering to any Azure Parking blocks!
Parked, Paid, Fined
Parked (High Wycombe), paid, received a confirmation text. Left before my time was up. Fined!
Absolute Disgrace !
I think the fact that this company has 100% 1 star negative reviews says more than I could ever put into words ! I literally turned around in their car park not realising that it was a pay car park because it was at night and dark and poorly lit, I stopped to answer a phone call for a couple of minutes and drove off again - never left the vehicle and apparently that's parking without paying - appealed it but came back in their favour, I will avoid using their car parks for life ! Avoid them like the plague !
Acting otside the law
On 24th January 2026, I visited the Stour Retail park at just after 8.00am and stayed for around 20 minutes before driving home, some 6 1/2 miles away. I then returned around 12.50pm and stayed for just over half an hour. Azure have issued me with a penalty and have falsely claimed I was there the whole time. Are we seriously supposed to believe their cameras picked me up when I arrived for the first time and left for the second time but, not when I left the first time and arrived the second time? It was 4 1/2 hours between visits (more than the "no return within 3 hours rule").
This is not about whether it is fair to fine someone who has parked over the line or has outstayed by a couple of minutes. This is an illegal attempt to extort money from someone who has broken no rule.
Azure are trying to put the emphasis on me proving where my car was rather than checking their own cameras and questioning why they are issuing fines with no legal validity.
There needs to be an investigation in to this company and its behaviour.
Azure has no respect for an elderly…
Azure has no respect for an elderly person who parked in Ruislip further the parking area to ask if we can park in that area as it was icy conditions on that day. They rejected the appeal just for parking for a minute to ask someone if we can park there. Ridiculous company they should be fined for wrongfully giving PCN. There was no ticket just a letter in the post.
Please don't use Toolstation Surbiton
Please don't use car parking in toolstation of chessington at hook road. If you are jus a inch out of line they send you a edited ticket like you stop 2 minutes and they will send you a ticket with over 10 minutes.
Better don't use the toolstation of surbiton then they will think about.
They take pictures from cctv cameras and make editing and will send you. They are steeling you money
I want to warn local residents and…
I want to warn local residents and members of the public to be extremely careful with this parking company.
I have lived in this area for over 17 years, long before this company started operating here. Anyone who knows this location understands that when a vehicle enters, it is not always possible to reverse safely. In many cases, the only safe option is to make a U-turn and leave.
This is exactly what I did. I did not park. I did not leave my vehicle. I simply made a U-turn and exited the area. Despite this, I later received a parking charge claiming that I had parked for four to five hours, which is completely untrue.
This feels like a deliberate trap rather than fair parking management. The system appears designed to catch vehicles that briefly enter the area, even when no parking has taken place. For residents who live nearby and for drivers unfamiliar with the layout, this is highly misleading and unfair.
I strongly believe people who live in or visit this area should be warned. This company does not appear to act reasonably or transparently, and the experience feels more like a money-making operation than genuine parking control.
Please be very careful if you drive near or through this location. Do not assume that briefly entering, turning around, or correcting your direction will be treated fairly.
I am sharing this so others do not go through the same stress and inconvenience.
Key work
My experience with Azure Parking has been extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, wholly unreasonable. I was issued a charge while carrying out a legitimate delivery of a 44-kg parcel, with full proof of time, address, and activity. Azure Parking rejected my initial appeal with what I believe was little to no proper consideration of the evidence, forcing the case to POPLA, who then issued the final rejection.
In my view, Azure Parking shows no fairness, no discretion, and no understanding of real-world situations. Their approach feels rigid, profit-driven, and completely disconnected from the BPA Code of Practice, particularly regarding loading/unloading and the requirement to assess appeals properly.
The result was unnecessary stress, wasted time, and an extra £80 lost, simply for doing my job. Based on my experience, their conduct appears unprofessional, unreasonable, and lacking basic common sense.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious around sites managed by Azure Parking.
Is this company legitimate
Is this company legitimate?
I recieve a parking charge for 'unauthorised parking'
No explanation
No photographic evidence (even though it says to view photographic evidence visit online, but doesn't have any attached)
This company is ZZPS who discriminate against disabled people. Or so the judge said when he lifted my previous fine.
If you see a letter from these people, complain directly. Then to BPA.
Found out I’d parked illegally at azure…
Found out I’d parked illegally at azure parking zone. Never received a parking notice, then I got a letter from zzps . So I called azure parkings number to find out I was talking to zzps, who wasn’t helpful at all. Investigated both companies and found there in the same office use the same numbers. Extra fees were added due to non payment which I didn’t know I’d got . Scammers both firms . Be very careful of both these firms.
EERY, SHABBY CAR PARK - DO NOT USE
I am writing to formally raise a complaint and dispute a Parking Charge Notice I recently received for Arundel Gate Car Park, Sheffield City Centre.
I entered the car park on 29th June 2025 and remained there for approximately one hour . I had every intention of paying the appropriate parking fee, however, I could not find any pay station within the premises. I looked around thoroughly, but there were no visible signs or staff available to provide assistance.
Due to the absence of any clear payment facility or guidance, I had no option but to leave without paying. The car park itself was almost empty at the time, which further highlighted the lack of any obvious operational presence or instructions on how to pay.
Poor signage, hardly any cars parked in the multi-storey, with no users to confer with or seek assistance from.
Both myself and my partner work and earn very good incomes. We are more than capable of paying for and hours parking in any car park that we use. Your car park has to be one of the worst, eery feeling car parks that I have ever parked in.
To have a car park in a city centre in a prime location area without the level of investment and due diligence for it to be fit for purpose and user friendly is scandalous and disingenuous on your part.
I had every intention of paying when I entered your car park. I am more than happy to pay whatever the fee is for the duration spent in your car park. But to try to fine me and demand £60/100 for a fine that is completely unjustifiable based on the poor condition of that car park. Now I understand why nobody else was parked there either.
Several days later, I received a Parking Charge Notice alleging that I had left without paying. I believe this charge is wholly unfair and should be cancelled on the following grounds:
1. Lack of Clear Signage and Payment Facilities – There were no clearly marked pay stations or visible instructions on how to pay for parking.
2. No Assistance Available – There were no staff or contact details on-site to seek guidance on how to pay.
3. Good Faith to Pay – I had every intention to pay and would have done so had the necessary facilities been provided.
Under the BPA Code of Practice, operators must ensure that payment methods are clearly advertised and easily accessible. In this case, these requirements were not met.
I therefore request that this Parking Charge Notice is cancelled immediately. Please confirm in writing that this has been actioned. Should you refuse to cancel the charge, I will escalate this matter to the relevant ombudsman/appeals service, and if necessary, seek advice on further legal options.
QPARK is better.
Parked in Sheffield arundel gate car park last week. This used to be an NCP car park where you paid on return. At pay station you were told how much you owed and paid it. Went through the same process, put card in and paid the price on the screen.
Received a £60 fine today that had been kindly reduced from £100. I had apparently only paid for 2 hours when I had been there for just under 3 hours. It feels like theft. Just another rip off in Sheffield. Use Qpark.
Disgraceful company
I received 1 fine in the post which I paid on time. I then received a unpaid parking charge for a 2nd fine which I did not receive. I called to say I was happy to pay the initial fine as I had understood the mistake which had occurred (the car park had a sign of the company I was visiting which I believed to mean was customer parking, but it turned out this was for staff only). But this was refused and I was made to pay £170. Disgrace.
A god awful company who issues parking…
A god awful company who issues parking charges at will and has the audacity to charge a admin fee to pay a charge!
I truly hope the directors of this company rot in hell!
I receive a penalty for parking on…
I receive a penalty for parking on public road, this is a scam company. The costumer service is incapable to deal with people,I ask them an evidence photo I park on they propriety and they send me photo with my car park out on public road!!! If it need il go with them in the court. I agree to pay for my mistake if I do it but in this case I can’t pay for something I didn’t do.. I know my rights
3 parking tickets from Azure even though I had the right to park at Energie Fitness gym in east grinstead
Dreadful experience from a company determined to make money. Parked at a Energie Fitness in East Grinstead as a member and received 3 tickets despite having the right to park. Only 2 were eventually cancelled despite the circumstances on all 3 occasions being the same. A dishonest company to deal with.
Absolute Jokers appealed a PCN as we…
Absolute Jokers appealed a PCN as we were parked on our client's site. We then received a debt recovery letter from their debt recovery company, but we have not received a response to the appeal, even though we've received an acknowledgement of the appeal. Proper fly-by-night Cowboys
Parking fine
I parked, I paid in full for my parking. I then tried to extend my parking payment for a few hours as I was later than I thought. There was no where on the app to extend the parking so I was stuck in being able to do anything at all. I left a few hours than planned, had no way to pay the extra as no one was around at the car park to speak to and I had no mechanism to extend using their machines. I then received £100 fine and a nasty letter. This is in their Sheffield car park that they've recently taken over. The previous owners of the car park had everything sorted and there was a discount for using the car park due to working in the university in the city centre. The car park on Arundel Gate is disgustingly dirty, has no security whatsoever, is dangerous at night as gangs hang around in there and now is always nearly empty due to the poor upkeep of it and stupid prices.
I will not be using Azure again anywhere in the country and would not recommend them to anyone.
Azure Parking - scam
Leon Wolf the Director of Azure Parking Ltd is the scum of the earth.
Do not pay nor appeal till he will not prove that you parked wrongfully.
His strategy is to accuse law abiding citizens and get away with it because they don't want to be harassed.
