I am very happy with the training I received. Everything was well-organized and easy to follow. My tutor was very helpful throughout the course. I learned many useful skills for my future. Thank you for a great experience!

Coming back into education after so many years, completing this course was highly positive, engaging, and rewarding experience that fostered a clear sense of direction and future vision. A supportive and comfortable environment was provided, and my tutor was was excellent. Constructive feedback was given in a truly supportive atmosphere.

I love the way the programme is organised, and the delivery of lectures was also very good. I fully enjoyed it and was able to participate.

My tutor was great, she supported us all as a group and individually. She gave us regular and useful resources for us to research and support our learning. This back to work course gave me extra knowledge in understanding child development and how to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Easy to use virtual classroom and learning environment. Passionate and supportive teachers. Provides better engagement than a learn at your own pace course.

The tutors were helpful, approachable, fast at responding to any issues and made the learning environment comfortable and enthusiastic. We were shown new methods for learning, given all the appropriate information and discussion to help us complete the course successfully and gain confidence.

I must give Lynsey credit, she had to combat many admin difficulties, especially with the changes from back-to-work and leap. This has far been a smooth transition, and it did affect the course. Lynsey managed to apply her personal experience and use real world examples to allow learners to greater understand what was being taught. I also witnessed her support many of my fellow learners and adapt her practice to combat additional learning needs.

I did not enjoy the structure of the course. It did not feel specific to becoming a teaching assistant and I have a strong suspicion that it will ill-prepare some participants for real world expectations within this job role. The learning environment is extremely slow paced. This feels like a luke-warm curriculum which could be applied to almost any job within Health and Social Care or Childcare. My personal suspicion would be that some curriculum is re-used for multiple courses.
I am yet to feel a great benefit from this course. I have not been advised how this will support my intended outcome, we have not met with employers I have not expanded my CV or Interview skills.
Multiple other learners raised this as an issue. It felt like a huge oversite that we had not (as promised) met with any employers. Ultimately the Level 2 Course failed to teach me or expand my skills. This may be a personal reflection point, and Level 2 simply may be too low for my needs. Either way I do not feel a huge benefit from completion and it has actually been a slightly frustrating time consuming ordeal.

Highly recommend the SEN course and Suzanne who has been my tutor. Lots of support and loads of knew skills and knowledge learnt!

Have great courses, great tutors and excellent support

My experience with B2W has been really good. The tutors were supportive and explained everything clearly, which made it easier for me to understand the course content. I gained useful digital and practical skills that I can apply in both my studies and future work. The learning environment was friendly and encouraging, which helped build my confidence. Overall, it was a very positive and valuable experience.

I did a level 3 course with b2w and my experience was great. It was informative and my experience was full of supportive individuals who always helped me understand how to achieve. There was always extra support available and my tutors went above and beyond in order to help me and my peers. The only downside for me was the pacing was a little off at moments, because each of my peers learn at different paces and some took more time than others to complete tasks.

I rate my experience a five star experince from the devotion and the passion from the tutors to help and encourage their learners to suceed. I don't think i woud have been able to finish the course without there help and support.

My recent appointment with Zeikel Lee (Team Leader – Support to Succeed) at Mill Gate Shopping Centre in Bury was a very upsetting experience.
The guy failed to provide support and been acting like is making me a personal favour.
This organisation is cheap at least this guy Zeikel represent it that way trying to safe money on a course regardless that the government is paying a lot more from what they're spending on me, but because I'm not born on this country I suppose to be stupid.
I attended the meeting seeking support during a genuinely difficult time. However, I left feeling deeply uncomfortable and humiliated by the interaction. I cannot speak to anyone’s intentions, but the overall tone and manner of the meeting made me feel small and distressed in a situation where I was already vulnerable.
What stayed with me afterwards was not simply the outcome of the discussion, but the emotional impact of the encounter itself. It is difficult to describe how disheartening that experience felt.
This has been particularly disappointing as my previous experiences with Back 2 Work had been positive.
The guy showed emotions which I seen working on the doors ppl loosing face before lose it completely and start fighting, imagine your worker trying to indemitate you and scare you, what you do!!?
I get up and walked away.

The experience with Back 2 Work Group has been exceptional from beginning to end, I have enjoyed learning, building confidence, working as a team, using different software, and generally building on knowledge and skills, staying up to date with relevant courses, my course tutor Suzanne was absolutely lovely, learnt a lot from her, her guidance and support was excellent, she went out of her way to make you feel comfortable

I recently completed the Level 3 SEN course and found the learning experience very valuable. My tutor was exceptional; she didn't just teach the theory but used interactive discussions to help me understand how to apply SEN principles in a real classroom.

The course materials were well-structured and the sessions were engaging. I am now looking forward to working with the career progression team to secure my first school role. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to start a career in SEN support.

This course has improved my ability to apply digital skills in both real-world and academic contexts by increasing my confidence in using digital tools for communication, research, and record keeping. I now understand how to use technology more effectively to organise information, maintain accurate records, and complete assignments professionally. It has also helped me develop better online safety and data protection awareness.
