Disappointed

Very poor quality pregnancy support belt
Bought the pregnancy support belt. Quality of material is poor. The belly band is thin and has scrunched up after 1 wear. It no longer provides any support. The velcro also sticks to everything as the whole belt is frayed and snagged from the velcro. Expected better quality for price and that it would last whole pregnancy. Disappointing.

I would give 5 stars but it took 2.5 weeks for my order to come after repeated problems with the courier.
Contact was great from Babygo themselves - and they made sure i received my package through a different courier after two issues with Evri first not delivering my package then losing the second attempt. Third attempt came the next day.
Ordered maternity bra’s 3 of the black nursing ones, nice durable material, very comfy and true to size.

Looking into this, the delivery shows to have been stuck in transit since the 23rd, since there has been no further update I can only presume that the parcel has been lost or stuck.

I purchased a two for £50 deal and receive one leggins in the post first. The other leggins arrived about a week later. Both are comfortable, well made and supportive. I also got compliments on my bum while wearing them so that's a bonus! 😂

I’ve now looked into this and can confirm that your items were dispatched separately from different warehouses, both have now been delivered (21st and 28th). The items were fulfilled manually and sent separately, and an email notification should have been sent to advise this at the time. I’m very sorry that this wasn’t received, and for any inconvenience caused while waiting for your full order to arrive.

I love it, everything, the material, the speed delivery and the price, unfortunately I had to return my pregnancy belt, I'm size 20 I ordered the XXL and it turns out it was quite big and no support, I have returned and I'm waiting for my order to be processed so I can purchase the correct size, so apart of that everything it was amazing.
