We ordered a children's bed with a mattress and sheets. The mattress and sheets arrived super quickly without any fuss. The bed, however, took 8 weeks to arrive, and I had to follow up before it suddenly showed up.
Excited to assemble it with our daughter, it turns out that the pre-drilled screw holes almost everywhere do not match the holes for the accompanying screws. Therefore, we chose to stop assembling the bed, after which I wrote to their customer service. Over a period of more than a week, I received several responses stating that my bed was on the way in response to my complaint about the mismatched pre-drilled holes.
After three emails from Baby-Love, which seem to avoid addressing my complaint to avoid a case, I became irritated. I wrote a longer email again, complaining about the bed, explaining that they had two options: either take back my entire order and refund my money since we do not want to wait another 8 weeks for a new bed, or they could refund us around 20-25% as a discount because their bed cannot be assembled as it arrived. In this case, I would drill new holes myself and use brackets to stabilize the bed.
Finally, I received a response to my actual complaint, offering a discount code of 132 DKK!!! Yes, you read that right—132 DKK after a purchase of 7000 DKK from them. In my opinion, this is a way to completely disregard their customers. So, I chose to reply that they could do better, considering they sent us a product that does not meet expectations and compromises my child's safety when lying in a relatively high bed.
Now, after a week, there is still no response from them, and the bed has been assembled using new pre-drilled holes that fit and various brackets to support the bed's durability.
Baby-Love claims on their website that they are created out of love for children, but that is nonsense, as the bed we received was not made with love for children; it was made so that children can collapse in their poor-quality bed.
Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and I believe they are just rubbing their hands together over making 7000 DKK, not caring whether I want to return and buy more or not.
I would advise everyone to find their new children's bed or whatever else Baby-Love sells somewhere else; unfortunately, you risk ending up with a really bad product that also creaks like crazy and in no way feels stable to lie in
