They have gone far beyond the original remit (e.g. from 16 critical events to 26 being tracked at no additional cost) to ensure we have improved the reporting we require so that the marketing team receive the accurate data to maximise our budgets.
GA4 now reporting correctly, with all channels categorised and verification and enhance eCommerce tracking settings for accurate revenue and product performance data set up.
