A good product but the straps were far too long for my frame. They could almost wrap around twice which means I loose the Velcro fasteners. Need to offer a different model for women.

I know 3 people with these, me and one of these people have 1 for car and 1 for van....really helps.

I purchases another for my dad to use, he says it helps make a drive more comfortable. They are £20 cheaper than when I first bought one, A product that works and is now cheaper. Perfect thank you.

The device is very easy to put on and adjust by comparison to others I've had in the past. It fits under my clothes easily and unobtrusively and stops me slouching!

Having done some research on google I knew what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed. A quality item was received in two days.

It is a great little gadget, that really I would have given only 3 and a half stars if that was an option… it is perfect, and given I live alone and have chronic constant spinal pain, though much more managable since surgery, a godsend as it is very well thought out and constructed. The shape, size, very hard plastic handle - even though I thought I might have trouble getting behind me as my shoulder is problematic as well, it is okay because of the curve, and I can also once it's in place lean against a wall and use that for the pressure.

The design flaw is the opening and closing of the ball to fill up with voltral et al… it uses a lot so needs doing with each use, and its a nightmare…. sometimes just slides in and is like a miracle, but mostly it's a drama, the gel goes everywhere, takes ages to engage into place, and by the time it's in, I'm covered in wasted gel and kinda stressed.

I would love that part to be revisited and see if you can just make it slip back into place. Clearly it's not just me as I've seen this mentioned in many reviews…

I can't take anti-inflamitaries orally, so to use a strong gel in combination with a tramadol pain management protocol worked out with my GP, certainly makes a difference, so I was excited to find this little tool… and am disappointed to discover that I have to gird my loins a bit (excuse pun) to take it on each day, twice a day ideally.

Both items were promptly delivered . Unfortunately the back support will be returned- the straps are stiff and wide and even over a sleeved tee shirt they rub upper arms and dig into arm pits. Have eased myself in as recommended but wearing longer than 30 mins when walking is very uncomfortable.

It works really well in giving me great back support
