After receiving a damaged racket (courier company issue!) Alex and the team handled my order and feedback with the greatest of care. No issues in returning or receiving a new item within 48 hours. Incredibly receptive staff and great product!

2 Badminton rackets from BadmingtonHQ.
Bought 2 Badminton rackets from BadmingtonHQ. Didn't come with a case, so bought 2 cheap looking cases (tenner each). Came packaged in a flimsy bent-up cardboard box, with no packing material inside. All generally ok.
