I ordered two tracksuits from this company! Paid out right for one and paid for another through klarna! Thank god I’d did, because both tracksuits had holes in them! £95 tracksuits with holes in! Wonderful stuff! Contacted the customer service to be told they will not refund as I the customer had damaged the goods, I hadn’t even worn the damn outfit. I responded with that and what did I get back! Nothing! Not a single email they ignored me. So I froze the payments on Klarna , this has been going on since October . I contacted klarna with all the proof of them ignoring me and I had a refund for the full tracksuit yesterday through Klarna. What a scam! It’s a shame everything is poorly made, and the customer service is nonexistent. Never will I buy from these again. Absolute shambles. Glad I paid for the second one through Klarna as I would have been almost £200 down if I had paid out right for both of them. Scammers

I love their joggers! So stylish, high quality and makes me feel like a baddie 🔥. Their clothes snatches your waist and hugs your curves while enhancing them! Anytime I’m wearing Badaocietyclubs clothes people always compliment me and ask me where I got that from lol! Can’t wait to see what else the put out next 😍

The worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a dress from here for an event, it turned up 2 weeks late, at that point I didn’t need it so I didn’t even try it on. I sent it back for a refund but they sent me a picture or a “stain” I had made (even thought I didn’t even try it on???) so they refused to give me my money back AND wouldn’t send me the dress back either.
Customer service was AWFUL, so rude and stopped responding. I’m now down £74 and taking legal action because they refuse to contact me.
Please do not buy from this company! The same exact thing happened to a friend of mine, it’s a scam!! I’ll be surprised if they make it to the end of the year without getting shut down.

** update for 8th march - never received a refund or replacement. Luckily I paid through Klarna who investigated it for me and I got the money back through Klarna.

Won't be buying from here again. Ordered the Kelly top on next day delivery. Item arrived and as soon as I took it out the packet the top had makeup stains, a broken zip (the zip pull wasn't even attached to the top and was just laying in the packet) and the top smelt. I contacted customer service and was offered a replacement. In which I asked for a refund as I ordered the item for an event (hence the next day delivery) I was told that if the item is faulty I wasn't allowed a refund??? But only a replacement. I then asked for a refund on my next day delivery in which I was also told couldn't happen. I'm still awaiting my "replacement" item and since asking for the complaints procedure twice my emails have been ignored. Absolutely awful customer service. I will now be taking my case to the Ombudsman and trading standards and certainly won't let this scam company steal anymore or my money. Please avoid!!

Refusing to give me the returns address!!??

Absolutely terrible; if I could rate it lower, I would. I purchased the loved-up jumpsuit. They then emailed me days later, stating it was out of stock and that they would issue me a refund. Weeks went by with no refund, so I had to raise a dispute with my bank. When I spoke to a lady in their customer service team, she was very patronising and rude.

Ordered for next day delivery to be told 2 weeks later that they are waiting on my size coming in.

Asked to cancel and still not received refund !

Thankfully I have paid with Clear Pay and have escalated with them.

Awful company. I ordered the Ella tracksuit around 22nd of November and it said it was supposed to ship December 11th. It is now the 10th January and I never recieved it. I emailed multiple times asking for an update and a refund and i recieved no reply. I had to dispute the charge with my bank a few weeks ago to get my money back, looking at the other reviews I am not the only one who has experienced this. This company misleads and scams customers. Avoid.

Absolutely ridiculous company, ordered my items and checked for a update a week later to find out it said my order was cancelled, I emailed and messaged to see what was going on to wait days for a message back, they said I'd get a new email with a update about the shipping, didn't receive anything and they are ghosting me now, customer service absolutely trash and they do not care.

I recently ordered 'Paco' and basically wore it every evening during my holiday in the carribbean. I literally feel like a goddess wearing it. Plus it's comfortable!!!!

Kat was so quick in responding to my question and helping in resolving my problems! I had ordered a Loved Up set and was so sad that it had a pull in the armpit before I was even able to wear it out, and she helped me quickly and efficiently get a replacement set confirmed and shipped out to me the same day I sent images of the holes in my set! Amazing customer service, Now I especially can't wait for more of my Ella tracksuit to come in 🥰

I ordered the “Eden halter jumpsuit” and I definitely do not regret it!! Any questions I had I messaged on DM and I got responses really quick and not to mention the fast shipping too!! The actual fit and quality of the jumpsuit is amazing as well and is also super flattering, I am OBSESSED!!
