I ordered a hourglass. It was expected to come in less than 14 days but it came in 24. It said it is 50 minutes, but when i tested it it was 40.... so it does me no good.
I tried to returned it using the method described in the site, but a button was missing (the one to submit my item for return) So now I am stuck with it. Have this in mind,

Παρήγγειλα μάσκα προστασίας από φυτοφάρμακα με φίλτρα ασφαλείας ενεργού άνθρακα (το έγραφε καθαρά η παραγγελία και το επιβεβαιωτικό mail που μου έστειλαν ότι επρόκειτο για ΜΑΣΚΑ με φίλτρα) και μου ήρθαν μόνο τα φίλτρα. Στο τηλεφώνημα και το mail που τους έστειλα (με συνδέσμους της παραγγελίας μου και φωτογραφίες) επέμεναν ότι παρήγγειλα φίλτρα και δεν κατάλαβα τί παρήγγειλα.

Πολύ κακο μαγαζί. Μου ακύρωσαν την παραγγελία( δεν έχει σημασία ο λόγος) ενώ πήραν τα χρήματα ......και κάθε μέρα ζητάω να μου πουν πότε θα τα πάρω πίσω (αν τα πάρω....) και δεν απαντάνε. Μάλλον θα τα κλαίω τα 40 ευρώ.Ευτυχως υπάρχει revolut και τα ζήτησα πίσω.

Very bad experience. I refuse their iffer to change my shoes. But after few min call them back and want to accept it. They said - impossible. They mark the offer like reject, and they will send back my miney. I said : Ok. I will buy it again. They said - impossible - these shoes are not in their site. What can I do to take these, shoes - Nothing...

How you can have something for sale and it is impossible to be sold???

And money will be sent back after 14 days.

I ordered some perfume for my wife two weeks ago. I was told several times that it had been delivered. It hadn't . Never again.

Baduglobal.ro same company they scammed me. They sent me the wrong order and they never refund the money. Even it says on their website 10 working days for refund. Customer service is worse , they keep on repeting the same email. Your money request is done please wait for refund.

I wanted to buy one pants and T shirt 👚 and order it by Email . Perhaps to most safe way to do it . Never I had a problem with bying clothes this way . Badu want it by phone ??? Ridiculous and not safe for them at all .

Пълни измамници ,много арогантни и нагли в никакъв случай не се лъжете да си късате нервите с тях.Още не съм си взел парите обратно от тях и е ходене по мъките разговори,имейли итнт. за нещо което си платил а не си получил.На всичко отгоре те карат сам да си търсиш пратката която си платил да ти доставят.Изключително непрофесионално отношеие,плащаш и не получаваш!

This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a cafetière with filter and when it finally arrived after a whole month it came without the filter. They had taken it out of the box and probably tried to sell it separately. Even the box was showing the filter that was removed. I contacted them but their customer service was appalling. Very rude woman employee was trying to put the blame on me that I had bought it without one, even though I presented her with the proof and the online confirmation of the item I had booked. It would have been easier talking to a wall. They did nothing to rectify the problem only a rude and unhelpful response.Basically I bought a useless product at an expensive price. When I complained they removed all my online history from their website so that I can’t write a review. No wonder that most of their products don’t have reviews. Scammers!

Extremely rude customer service.
Payment was made via paypal and the money has left my bank account, however the staff claimed that they did not receive the payment - which is false. They were not helpful at all.

I told the representative that I want the items so they should send them. At first I thought the issue was at my end with the payment so I asked for payment on delivery. Meanwhile I wanted to double check the transfer and I asked that they wait for me to double check things, then representative started to be very rude and told me to call them again tomorrow.... Unacceptable.
