I had an excellent experience with bag drop uk. Took me a while to get out of the airport and my flight was delayed, but they waited for me and the handover of the luggage was seamless. They also make sure they send a photo to you after it reaches the store for reassurance which was great. Made me feel a lot of trust for them. I ended up having to ask them for my luggage back a few hours later for my own reasons, and despite it being 9pm and the shop being closed they actually opened the shop, got my suitcase and delivered it to my hotel! I was beyond grateful to them. Would highly recommend this service they are trustworthy, helpful and work really hard to take care of your luggage needs

Placed order for bag drop to hotel. Once I received the confirmation email it became clear that we would need to be at the hotel when the bags were dropped. As we had things planned we could not be there. The website states you can cancel for a full refund upto 2 hours before. I cancelled 72 hours before. I’ve not received a refund (waited over 7working days) so am having to claim through my bank. If they can’t even arrange a refund I’m not sure they could arrange a bag drop. Avoid this company!
