Excellent product and service.

Easy to order & fabulous communication on two levels firstly when making suggestions as to the design of the cover for our water feature. Secondly when they were impacted by late delivery of the fabric we’d chosen from their supplier. They were honest about timescales & suggested amendments that would speed things up if we wanted to. We didn’t. The quality and workmanship is excellent well worth what they charge! Highly recommend!

I bought a folding bike cover, have to say great quality, fitted perfectly. I am extremely pleased I found this company, as was having issues trying to find the product I wanted in the standard market. The wait time was about 4 1/2 weeks, but I knew this from the start and decent things take time to make (especially if the company is very popular), I shall be placing another order in the future, as I want a custom bag for something else.

We made the (costly) error of inputting incorrect measurements for our order and when the items eventually arrived, they were nowhere near the correct size. Once we realised our problem we contacted Bags & Covers direct, to explain the issue. Once we agreed a new price for replacement covers, the new ones arrived within a couple of days and fit perfectly. Superb customer service and nice quality covers. - Job done!

Fantastic, shop nowhere else! Excellent customer service. I purchased: 1) a very large rectangular oak refectory table with four backed church pew bench seats cover; 2) a smaller round oak table with curved seats cover; 3) a marble fountain cover. Superb accurate tailored measurements and stitching. Stylistic too. I didn't test the lighter weight option, but if you can, I recommend the heavier duty fabric.

Excellent quality cover, made to measure for a perfect fit to our L shaped garden seating and parasol. Opted for the delux fabric as we live in a windy area and the strength of the material is far superior to other covers that we have purchased from well known websites. Very happy with our purchases and the service received.

They supplied a custom cover for a homemade pizza oven. Great quality cover, fits well, good value and great customer service. Would definitely use again or recommend without hesitation.

Just received a made to measure cover from them. Absolutely chuffed with it, great quality and well made. The material is strong and sturdy, and certainly waterproof! Made a perfect cover for our outside bar, and it fits a dream.

Granted make took a long time, only because of COVID, but really appreciate how much they contacted me to give me updates!

Fantastic Workmanship and Materials.
