Bags Chase Opiniones

This is my 4th purchase from Bags Chase, and once again, I’m absolutely delighted! 😍 Speedy delivery, items exactly as described, lovely freebies (I now have 3 bag hooks!), and a personalised note that makes the experience even more special. ❤️ I absolutely love my preloved Chloé bag and Burberry scarf. Thank you, Bags Chase, for another wonderful shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back! 👜✨

Purchased from them a couple of times. Customer service has always been amazing and the quality of the items are exactly as shown. Recieved free goodies too which was a bonus. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

I bought a pre-loved Louis Vuitton Nice mini and it is in amazing pre-loved condition. All of my designer bags are new brought from the boutique. This is my first pre-loved Louis Vuitton piece and I am glad I have purchased it from Bag Chase. Thank you so much.

Just received my LV Musette Salsa - wow wow wow! I love it and the condition is amazing. Thanks to Ana and Seth once again.

I just received my 1999 Louis Vuitton Alma PM from Ana and Seth, and I am absolutely in love and obsessed! The bag is stunning, and the quality is immaculate for a vintage piece. I really appreciated the beautifully packaged delivery — it arrived the very next day after it was shipped. Seth and Ana even included a handwritten note and a thoughtful little gift, a bag holder, which made the experience so special. Everything about this purchase, from the bag itself to the personal touches, was perfect. I couldn’t be happier and i will be most definitely will be purchasing again soon!

With this being my first pre loved handbag I was quite apprehensive about purchasing anything other than direct from a store and I have just been to collect my new vintage speedy 40 bag and am in shock with how beautiful this bag is ! The condition of this bag is outstanding ! And the personal message and beautiful packaging was a lovely touch . It’s safe to say I will now be a regular . Thank you so much x

I have purchased from Ana a good couple of times now, both on the website and on her TikTok lives, she is an incredible seller and each order sent You can tell she truly cares for her customers,
I will definitely be using her again without a doubt

Ana sourced a specific bag I was after and remembered me when she got hold of it. It was hard for me get it from a boutique directly, let alone a trust worthy seller - but I really wanted it. I can confidently say it’s rare to find a seller who directly answers your questions/doubts etc. Usually you just see a company selling it and hope for the best via the details on the site, which is something I wasn’t comfortable with especially being so new to preloved. I’m extremely wary of legitimacy. I was still quite nervous, but Ana answered everything I wanted to know and to top it off, got me the 3rd party, objective authentication and certificate with my purchase for a peace of mind. This is something you can also go on the authenticators website and double check their records directly. I can safely say that while I am usually someone who buys directly from brands, Ana is the only person I would ever use and recommend to anyone on the lookout for a hard to find bag, vintage bag or simply a preloved bag for price point reasons. Especially, if you are looking for a personalised service.

How business’s should work!

I recently purchased 2 of the handbag hangers for my wife and a friend for an upcoming holiday. On placing the order I realised that the standard delivery time would have been too late for them to arrive before we went away (schoolboy error on my behalf).
I reached out to Bagchase via their contact page and asked if they were able to ship the items sooner even if it cost me a little extra. The reply was not only swift, but it was personal, extremely helpful, polite, and vey professional. Not only did the owner answer the query whilst being away for the weekend, but she immediately promised that they would be despatched the next working day and that they would arrive in good time at no extra cost.
They arrived 3 days before we go away, very well packaged and with a hand written note from Ana, the owner….perfect!

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Bagchase and Ana and, I cannot recommend them as a business enough. The bag hangers themselves are well made and probably under their true price point in my opinion, so buy them for the women in your life, they’ll love them.

Well what can I say … my first purchase from Ana at Bags Chase and certainly won’t be my last ❤️
